Last night me and my husband were at the club, and someone tried to hit my husband from behind just to realize they stole my belongings. My cell - ID - and debit card out of his pocket. The security came around and they didn't even let us explain what was happening before kicking us out because he thought we were "going to fight" When I informed him, he didn't even seem to care of what was happening. I am never returning here. If this is the type of people you have working for you it's a disappointment. I would've been able to get to the person who stole my personal belongings if the security person would've simply let us explain first and go after him.

Literally wait 14 minutes for the bar tender at the front of the line, she attended a guy who snuck to the front of the line, I wave at her to get her attention, and I get kicked out. A girl next to me literally left bc she was waiting there for a long time. These idiots have never felt so much power go to their heads before. 2nd floor bar, left side girl. Yall get your priorities straight.

If I could leave 0 I would. Worst place I’ve ever been to. This one bartender was so damn rude. She gave serious attitude and used vulgar language. Literally walked out and would never go back. The whole group I was with hated it. It was my first time there and definitely my last.

I went there to have a good time but the waitress bartender whatever she was was very rude and use verbal language to me and all I wanted to do was get a drink it was the worst experience ever had in my life and my girlfriend and I decided just to walk out and go somewhere else after spending 40 minutes trying to get a drink.

This is NOT a queer friendly club. Will refuse entrance if you don’t fit gender norm clothing. Refused to let in a man wearing the same clothes as the woman in front of him. This club needs to WAKE up and stop with this machismo attitude. Latin music is sexy and should bring everyone together and provide a safe and good time. It’s shameful that this club cares more about being homophobic than providing a safe enjoyable environment.

The bouncers will deny you entry if you’re openly queer and dressed in a way that is not cis passing. Instead of addressing this issue and apologizing to the queer community (during PRIDE MONTH!), they turned off all commenting on their Instagram posts and stories. Shame on y’all! Do not go here

During vacations, got recommended this place, over my weekend in TX, went to the club where I didn’t go in because my “outfit”, where other girls where using similar outfit were allowed in. I found this very disrespectful. Out of the list and not again

The bartenders are fast, the drinks are strong, the music is great, the dance floor is packed and the crowd is beautiful. The music is mostly Spanish language pop and reggeaton but with some Nortendo mixed in. This is a straight bar but there were a few same sex couples that all seemed to be having a great time.

I came here two years ago and will try this place one more time to see if it has improved after COVID restrictions in May. The last time I came here the music was a very good mixture of Latin hip hop to salsa, to bachata and other Latin favorites to dance to. Once in awhile American dance music would be played too. So it could have been fun. But the bartenders were playing favorites with their friends. That was a problem when you had to stand in line forever for one drink. Security does a good job without making you feel unwelcome. But there are lots of young male singles here so if you are on a date with a female "stay alert". Also it gets very crowded so its very hard to actually dance without bumping into someone.

This is an interesting nightclub. Cover charge for men was $10, and women were free. Layout of the club was interesting, but questionable. Cleanliness was appalling, and you are packed in like sardines. If I was invited out again to this place with its current state I would probably say "Nah Fam I'm good." This place has potential, but IMO needs some major refinement. Some positives: From the second floor it's very cool to see the dance floor, and people watch. Their DJs are pretty good, and the laser sync/shows are very entertaining. Some major cons: The floor was wet, slippery, and sticky (yuck.) Obnoxious prices for whack quality. Drinks are in plastic cups for twice the price. Restrooms were even worse. I probably wouldn't go back, but if you like the idea go for it.

Wouldn't be surprised if This joint closes permanently . As they have many reports of people having their pockets picked and wallets missing.

This is the worst club I've ever been to, at the entrance the carpet was sticky and I don't even want to imagine why, I asked the barman for a margarita, mojito, and Red Bull and this girl was so rude saying she didn't have anything but that, they don't have a dress code which allows whatever people to get in and the bar was EXTREMELY dirty. The only good thing was the DJ.

Just Regueton, no salsa, bachata or merengue, nothing to dance.

I bought a $10 drink and the bartender decided to tip herself $50 even after leaving a cash tip, extremely disrespectful, rude, and ILLEGAL!

Was good! Good drinks, good mood inside. The only thing is the bad changes between the songs, but is Dj’s fault.

I like this place, the dj plays latin music and it gets pretty lit the only thing is that there’s a cover charge and it get ridiculously packed. And has this cute photo op for us ladies

Latinas Bowl 2017. My first event of the new year. Fairly medium sized venue. Bad tenders were nice for the most part. Music was great!

Only thing I didn't like was the floor being super sticky. Music was good, workers were super nice and friendly. Good place for Hispanic/Latin music.

Best Latin party in ATX. This is my go to place. If you like to dance and enjoy Latin music, this is the place! They also play other music genres and have one of the best DJs in town.

I've been to Cielo before the pandemic and recently went. It's the same Cielo as far as the crowd, really good! And It gets packed. I would've loved more variety in terms of music like more merengue, salsa, bachata but as packed as it gets it's hard to dance anything else than perreo reggaeton 💪🏼. Now... The mixed drinks 🤦‍♂️ HORRIBLE CIELO YOUR BARTENDERS NEED MORE TRAINING!!! The drinks were not correctly made. They didn't know the ingredients for certain drinks yet they made them anyway. The drinks had double the alcohol it should have. If John from Bar Rescue were here he would tear y'all up!

Saturday night after 1 don’t go if what you’re looking for is dancing some bachata they won’t play it club too packed. The club itself is decent if you’re into crowded stuff.
