Very Disappointed with Dr. Meherun Nessa who was very rude and loud from the beginning. Never going back to her .I was having ear pain , wait 1hrs 30 min .paying 105$ for checkup. Her hand was shaking when she checked my ear and I asked her to check my blood pressure .Although she checked she was not happy and she replied she will not check next time . Which makes me shocked.I went with my husband . After finish checkup, my husband unfortunately measured his weight which was near to door ..Oh my goodness, I can’t explain you after that she yelled at me and my husband so badly for almost 2 minutes. Which makes my husband so sad and unhappy whole day. Me and my husband apologise to her saying so many time (sorry) but instead of accepting our apologies she was yelling at us like hell. Yes we did mistakes, I agree but she don’t have any rights to talk about our country. She told us exactly - (This is not fish market and Don’t forget you people are from under developed country blah blah) we both were speechless at that time couldn’t say anything.oh wow thankyou dr. Meherun for reminding us . And I want to know which country you from??? Nobody gives you power to shout to your patient like this. Very very unhappy with your service . Thankyou

I have been coming to this practice for a good many years and have always found the receptionists very helpful and kind. My Dr of choice is Dr Ma. She seems to be very much in demand and always the first Dr to arrive in the morning. I have always found her to be very professional and she has looked after me 100% If Dr Ma isn't available I will see Dr Sadeek. I prefer not to see any of the Indian Drs.

Dr. Ramanee is absolute worst doctor. He does not listen to anything you have to say. I went to get my pain checked up and then after looking at my reports he told me I had a certain medical condition and tried dismissing me just after that without giving me any information on it. I attempted to ask him if there is any solution to it and he simply told me to get injection. After asking for other alternatives or exercises that I can do instead of injection, he then gave me a pshysio referral. No explanations, no recommendations, no genunine care for his patients. He is just using patients as a cash cow.

Reception staff are excellent - especially given how busy they get and how thankless & demanding some patients are, the staff always remain professional. Due to a work related injury, I had to visit this clinic maybe twice a week for months; staff were always understanding & polite & made me feel welcome even when I felt awkward being there so much. The Doctors are excellent too, however its fair to say that its worth making sure you're comfortable with the Doctor you see and to get to know them professionally. Last thing I'll say is, we don't always remember to be courteous when we're sick & just want to see a Doctor, it's understandable, but imagine being on the receiving end of sick patients all day. Trust me, taking a second to say hello and to acknowledge the person you're talking to makes it better for everyone.

Bad experience, the receptionist she’s totally didn’t know how to do her job. I’d phoned them before I came to visit. And guess what? There were soo many hidden costs behind it, even you got your Medicare, e.g first time registration fees $150, consultation fees and etc, I was like, is that a joke, It's totally highway robbery. What a joke!

It was so dissapointing, I went at 8:30 am today and booked appointment with DR. meherun neesa and the receptionist told me to wait DR will be here by 09:00am. I was waiting and waiting till 10:00 am but Dr. didn't came and the lady told me if I don't mind other dr can see me and I said okay and she said that you will be the next but the other DR was calling out other people who came after me. It was so frustating, I was fasting for blood test. I will not reccomend anyone to there. Behalf receptionist was good with me.

The doctor I saw addressed my problem quickly and when there was a work related issue he asked me to talk to a colleague for more advice and I got everything I needed. I think the doctors here are great and look after their clients well.

Honestly all the Karen whiners that have put 1 or 2 star reviews to this Medical Centre, and specially to the doctors here… need to toughen up and grow up!!! I have never ever had a problem in this medical centre, even when they are busy they’re still pretty fast, receptionists are good and efficient. Dr. Nesa is really good, caring and efficient and doesn’t muck around, all the doctors there are very good and I don’t understand how “every day” people like the bunch of losers putting bad reviews about the doctors here have the nerve and the audacity to do so. When doctor Ahmed worked there we were blessed with his presence just as much as any other doctor there but he actually cared immensely for my partner as later we found out she had cervical cancer which was very tricky to diagnose but that didn’t stop them from trying and testing her so many times. Dr Ahmed and Dr. Nesa together saved her life when doctor Ahmed was transferred and Dr. Nesa took over she was the one who saved her as she gave us a letter for my missus to be admitted immediately at St. George hospital as she was dying on me. You people really don’t have any idea of HOW GOOD we have it here in Australia and even less idea of bad third world Medicare and doctors and this Medical centre in my opinion is one of the best and one of the last that still does Bulk billing. I even dare to say that people from Hurstville don’t deserve this medical Center. So if there is anyone that has had a good experience here, I would encourage them to level up the reviews score because it obvious that it was the one person that ganged up to boicot this medical centre and got many friends to give bad reviews and lower the score so much
