    Just completed the 21 day Hatha Bliss program today and I am so happy that I was able to take part in it. Abhishek Guruji is an amazing teacher and it was refreshing to learn from someone who is so deeply involved in the Yogic traditions. That's one of the reasons why I chose to learn Yoga here, it's taught like it should be - classical Hatha Yoga passed down from ancient Indian Yoga masters. I recommend everyone who is interested in traditional Yoga to immerse themselves in the 21 day Hatha Bliss program. 🙏🏽

    Learning Yoga from this program was the best experience I’ve had with yoga to date. The instructions are thorough and clear, and are repeated along with corrections to ensure that you’re coming away from the program with a deep internal familiarity with the systems on offer. Where other yoga programs differ in practice, style, sequencing, and detail, at the whims of each individual practitioner, this program is rooted in a tradition thousands of years old, teaching the classical form of yoga in its original form, with detail and extensive context in the form of verbal and audiovisual explanation that answered a lot of my questions before I had the chance to ask them and gave me a sense that I was in the hands of masters working with an old and revered process of spiritual, physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. If you’re looking to learn yoga properly, and are willing to commit to an intense practice, this is the program for you.

    I completed the 21 day Hatha Bliss program. It was a big commitment but the excellent teaching and detailed program made it seem easy. If you are looking for a complete classical yoga training that will give you the confidence to sustain an ongoing practice then this is the one. It works for beginners and experienced practitioners.

    My spiritual journey started back in 2019 and I found Sadhguru from then on I knew that I have found a guide. I had done quite a bit of research about classical Hatha yoga however I wanted a proper well designed and to the point, yoga program. I found Yogasadhana and spoke to Abhishek Guru and after speaking to him, I asked what is the best program and he said “Hatha Bliss 21 day is our the best program” I instantly said yes even though it was a big commitment to start early everyday. I cannot recommend it enough to those who are keen to learn the real classical yoga, it is worth every cent and second.

    Just completed the 21 days Hatha Bliss program. Program was a rewarding challenge to complete and extremely glad I did. Abhishek(Yoga leader/Guru) did a wonderful job at creating an environment that was perfect for yoga. He was clear and thorough with his explanations so despite there being a lot to take in, you never felt lost or rushed. I now have a complete ability to continue the practice at home as I could already feel benefits of the practice over the initial 21 days. These include: - Discipline - Motivation - Increased energy - Better relationships with others Please seriously consider taking this program as it is bound to provide a positive impact in your life. It is something that you will look back on with great fondness.

    I just completed a 21day Hatha Bliss Yoga program at Yoga Sadhana and I'm bouncing with renewed energy, vitality and flexibility both physically and mentally. I'm in my late 40s and this is my 2nd time participating in this program (1st was in Oct 2020). This program in a word is "Phenomenal". The 21 days went by really fast for me and I wish it was longer. I was able to glean much more sutler aspects of the program and was amazed again by the scientific aspects and transformative benefits of the Classical Hatha Yoga taught here. The atmosphere and energy of the Yoga Sadhana studio is very serene, peaceful and very supportive for learning and doing the practices. Abhishek Guru's teaching style, meticulous attention to all the aspects and details of the program, care, support and encouragement of his students is truely mind blowing. The reason I did this again was because I was feeling out of balance energetically and mentally after going through few family heath and financial issues over recent times. I hesitated at the thought of doing it again especially having to get up early in the mornings in winter time but after completing it I'm so so grateful and glad this program is made available. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for not just a Challenge for themselves but also a truely transformative Yoga program.

    I have recently completed 21 days workshop on hatha yoga. I would have to say that the program is designed very professionally and carefully constructed to make sure the attendees can grasp various yoga postures in utmost details. Abhishek guru spends a lot of time making sure that postures are covered from all aspects. Other thing I have to call out is the importance given to make attendees understand the art of living and science behind yoga. Another yoga classes are nowhere close to be compared with this workshop in terms of techniques used and ambience. Having attended workshop for 21 days I feel like the asanas are imprinted in my memory which will make it easy for me to make yoga part of my daily life.

    07/2022 Just finished my 21 days Hatha Bliss Yoga Program, it is so rewarding and I highly recommend it. Reasons I want to do it: -Love Sadhguru first of all. -Build a strong Hatha yoga practice that compliment my current sadhana, including Shambavi Mahamudra from Inner Engineering. -To do Shooyna, Samyama all the advanced residential programs at Isha Yoga Center, it requires few Isha Hatha yoga programs to be taken. Changes: I start to notice the changes pretty much straight away and gradually understand you can just simply "BE" and be happy. The mind is clearer without need much thinking and the focus on thoughts. All areas of my life is upgraded in a multitude way. Life is more enjoyable and become more playful. Who is it for? -Who want to learn Hatha Yoga from an classical authentic lineage -Who appreciates a thorough, considerate and clear way of teaching -Practical knowledge is both ancient and very relatable for modern ears -DEEP life changing transformative experience Suggestion and advice to get the most out of this program? -Commitment, commitment, and commitment. Degree of your commitment=the degree of transformation -Approach it as if it is your first time, and embrace the journey wholeheartedly to allow the process to blossom Many thanks to my classmates, really nice to hangout with a bunch of like-minded fellas. They motivated me a big time Many thanks to Abhishek Guru, our wonderful teacher. So much care goes into running this program and his guidance and love for the students is incredible. 15/1/2023 Back to Bliss program: This program is a refresher course for Hatha Bliss students to get back to practice or strengthen their current routine. I enjoyed it very much, it gives me more clarity in my own practice. It is so nice to connect again with Abhishek and many familiar faces. Lots of detail needs to fine-tune. Besides the detail of in and out-breath and correcting my asana, patience in practice is also a great learning for me. Love it!

    After covid and lockdowns, I was feeling extremely lazy and lethargic and had no sense of direction in life. As a follower of Sadhguru, I came across Yoga Sadhana, an Isha certified studio offering different yoga classes. I have recently completed the 21 day Hatha Bliss program taught by Abhishek guru which has changed my experience. This program explores the wider dimensions and explains the true significance of yoga, each posture and the impact it can have on us. As I have practiced other western forms of yoga, nothing compares to classical Hatha yoga, the true origin of all yoga. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is willing to understand their inner and outer worlds to try this program. I can personally vouch that I am more aware, mindful, calmer, energetic and stronger than ever before. Thank you Abhishek guru for sharing your knowledge and guiding us through this practice!

    I heard about Hatha yoga 21 days program from one of my friend. Initially I was bit hesitated to join as it was early morning commitments. Then I took it as challenge and I must say on very first day I was feeling so good after session. It was wonderful environment which encouraged me to do yoga 🧘‍♀️. Teacher is very calm , organised and well discipline which motivate me a lot and I have completed the program successfully with lots of physical and mental benefits. I improve my sleep, flexibility of body, increased energy level and many more. I would highly recommend if your priority in life is your health. Namaskar

    Program- Surya Kriya- Yoga Sadhana. Abhishek Anna is a phenomenal teacher and such an inspiration. He is very patient and gives you a personal attention as he is extremely dedicated to make your life better. It was also a private class and I enjoyed the exclusive attention given and abishek anna was able to accommodate to my schedule which was a blessing. I am practising twice daily as advised and the benefits are immediately apparent as I am noticing increased energy levels and it has enhanced my ability to stay relaxed even during intense periods of activity. Surya kriya has helped me immensely and I recommend to everyone who wish to invest on themselves.

    Namaskaram, I recently completed my 21 day Hatha yoga course with Yoga Sadhana and experienced great benefits. We usually think we can’t wake up early or stretch a bit more, or at times some things are too tough but with this program I learnt that we can break out of all these limitations. By doing this program I am able to feel now confident about achieving my health / fitness goals. It is not only achieving fitness & health but practices like surya kriya give you a deeper spiritual experience as well. I’m grateful and thankful for getting on this life transforming path and hope to inspire more people to join and do the course to experience it.

    Yoga is more than physical, and you will only understand that by going to a genuine place like 'Yoga Sadhana' and learning that from a guru like Abhishek. After finishing the recent 21-day Hatha Bliss, I am more aware of the subtler and physical aspect of my body and life in general. It is a transformative experience at all levels. I would recommend this program to everyone, even for a sceptic, to explore what this program offers and enjoy its benefits.     I have been following Sadhguru for 5 years but never had the opportunity to complete any of the Yoga Asana or kriya until I met Abhishek Guru at Isha Yoga Centre in Sydney. I started this with free session of Engineers course which dealt with Upa Yoga and after completing this program, I witness change at physical level. This propelled me to know more about the program. 21 days Hatha Yoga program covered all asanas with guided meditation which propelled me to pursue this program. After completing 21 days Hatha Yoga Program at Yoga Centre Sydney, it has led to total transformation where, I can still feel the bliss within. I have become more playful, joyful, my work life is improved and sleep quota is reduced. Thank you very much for this wonderful session under the guidance of Abhishek Guru. I would inspire other people to take this initiative too.

    I just finished Hatha Bliss (21 days program) and felt amazing. This was an intense program in so much detail yet very comfortable for a beginner like me. I was following Sadhguru for long time and this was my first experience for any of his designed programs. After doing Hatha Bliss, I immediately enrolled in Inner Engineering and really enjoying it. This program does not just teach yoga asanas but they go in deep with what it does to every aspect of life, science behind it and how to approach it correctly. I joined simply to learn yoga bit left with so much devotion towards it and the knowing a totally different means of living. I am so grateful that I got to learn from the best @Abhishek Guru 🙏

    Probably the best place to learn yoga and uplift your well being to a whole new level. Course design is so meticulous and precise. I have noticed many changes post practise. My attention span and sleep quality have improved significantly. I am being able to sit still and focus for longer time. I have become much more productive in my daily life.

    I did the Inner Engineering course and have been listening to Sadhguru for a while but I didn’t really know about the Hatha bliss program. My wife signed me up as I was going through a rough patch mentally and feeling drained out physically as well. The routine ( getting up at 4am) and the program was a bit challenging in the first week but then I started noticing a few problems of mine like neck pain and joint pain started to disappear, I started also feeling much lighter and noticed a real difference in my waist line in the 21days. But above all the program, the routine and the sacred space where I learnt the yoga all contributed to calming my mind a-lot, introduced me to the power and miracles that yoga can do to you. I’m now looking forward to my daily practices. The program is aptly called Hatha bliss and I’m so happy that with Abhishek’s guidance and Sadhguru’s blessings, I could feel the bliss. I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting some life transforming tools. ( my wife will be next :) )

    I always wanted to learn Yoga in a guided environment and was following Sadhguru on youtube since a while now. I came across a Fantastic Yoga Teacher - Abhishek at Yoga Sadhana in the western Sydney. Completing their 21-day Hatha Bliss program in a sacred ambience set up is a life transforming experience for me.     Yoga Sadhana in Westmead has been a game-changer for my quest to learn classical Hatha yoga. The joy of discovering the right place was magnified by the glowing recommendations from friends who not only completed the program but also embraced it wholeheartedly. The structured Hatha Yoga Bliss program led by Abhishek Guru is a true gem.     I discovered Yoga Sadhana by a curious Google search about Sadhguru and Isha in Australia. Before joining my first program (Hatha Bliss) I was apprehensive if Hatha Yoga was going to be a correct fit for me. Oh how that apprehension was false 😅 So far at Yoga Sadhana, I have completed Yoga for Beginners (Upa Yoga), Surya Kriya and most recently Yogasanas. I decided to start joining programs at Yoga Sadhana as my initial experience was just incredible - I felt like I was in the right space straight away. I attended a free intro session, felt incredibly welcomed by Abhishek and Niveta, and quickly settled down inside the consecrated space containing a very special Sannidhi. The programs have so far been amazing. The practices taught at Yoga Sadhana are a part of my daily life now, and it has enabled me to put my life on an immensely beautiful trajectory. Yoga Sadhana is a space where unnecessary comparison to others will naturally cease, and you will leave having imbibed some very joyful and peaceful experiences. Since regular practice of Hatha Yoga, my body has become much more cooperative in movements and healthy postures, my chronic ailments are almost gone (asthma and acute sinusitis/rhinitis), my mental health has drastically improved in terms of focus and mood, my energies are much higher, resulting in less lethargy, less sleep required, and better digestive heath, and above all an immensely joyful sense of spirituality has entered my daily experience. I would recommend the Hatha Yoga programs offered by Yoga Sadhana to absolutely anyone - no matter if better physical, psychological, emotional, energetic or spiritual well-being is your goal. Just come around for a free intro session! Yoga Sadhana remains an important part of my life. The more you become involved in an outlet of classical Yoga, the more you feel that it is more a community instead of a studio.     Excellent Yoga Studio, just completed the 21 Day Hatha Bliss program and would recommend to everyone. It was the hardest to wake up on the first day and some random days in between, but overall, it gets easier and easier to get up regularly. I noticed significant reduction in my need to eat and sleep and on some days I noticed that I was gliding effortlessly through life, an experience I’ve had before when practicing Isha Hath Yoga. I went into the program wanting to throughly learn the yoga and to practice daily. This course is structured really well with plenty of practice time. The concepts are explained well and there are a few mind blowing nuggets to enhance your sadhana as well. In my experience, if you commit you’ll enjoy the ride 😉 Note: When I met Abhishek, it was clear he was on another level of internal experience, to his credit though he’s been practicing for a decade.

    I completed the 21 day Hatha program recently after my friend suggested it to me. I have been to other yoga classes but this experience was very different. It is truly transformational and I have rediscovered my happier and joyful self. This program allows you to learn classical yoga (with strong foundation and understanding) and prepares you to practise yoga in your everyday life. I would highly recommend the program to anyone looking for inner wellbeing and rediscovering themselves. It is definitely worth the money you spend.

    Having been athletic since childhood and dabbling in various sports and combat sports, I have sustained injuries limiting my range of motion. I learned that yoga could help to heal the body, find balance and tranquility, and is a great way to connect with oneself, bringing the mind and body as one. After much research, I found that Yoga Sadhana was the only place that offered early morning classes that teaches yoga. So, I enrolled in their 21-day Hatha Yoga program. Venue: The studio is clean, well-lit, tastefully decorated, and serene. It is spacious enough to accommodate 12 students, and there is ample parking. 21-day Hatha Yoga Program: The program is well-designed for beginners with little to no experience (like me). Week 1 focuses on preparing the body and mind. Week 2 goes deeper into kriyas and asanas. And week 3, you learn a more physically demanding, intensive type of yoga (anga mardana), where the body and mind are pushed. We were taught the correct technique, proper form, and breathing. This was taught both in theory and practice. The course flowed well, and we were made to practice until the movements were ingrained in our minds and bodies. Teacher: Our teacher, Abhishek, has a very calming aura. He is knowledgeable and has been a yoga teacher with Isha Foundation for many years. He is meticulous, attentive, and dedicated. We learned under his watchful eye and guidance. He corrected our technique when done improperly and pushed us when and where needed. He was always willing to give us his time and attention. Experience: What was being taught felt to be in its purest form. The 21-day program definitely helped me to change my lifestyle. I feel more balanced, in sync with myself, more energetic, flexible, and fit. Highly recommended!

    The one word to describe the 21 day Hatha Yoga Bliss program is - Phenomenally magical✨ The way it is presented by Isha and taught by Guru Abhishek is remarkable.     For me yoga was a means of meditation and getting more from life. I was a skeptic thinking 'are the benefits even real' was never convinced. I finally decided to take the plunge, to improve not just my well being, but to probably heal my ageing body. My experience with Yoga Sadhana and Abhishek Guru (our teacher) was beyond exemplary. The 21 days Hath Bliss programme gives even a novice like me a powerful tool, which could transcend your life. The programme inducts beginners into a routine which is palatable to people who are working full time. The programme in Week 2 and Week 3 ended with some kriyas and asana which will not only assist you in your physical state, but will also help in meditation. Abhishek wanted everyone to get the best of this 21 day bliss and he ensured finer details were not just well taught but experienced by the participants. I would strongly recommend this course and Abhishek Guru as a yoga teacher to anyone who wants more from their life.     Hands down, the best Yoga studio in Sydney. I have been associated with them since 2018. Have learnt all my Hatha Yoga from them or the teachers there. Did the Surya Kriya Intensive recently to deepen my practice of Surya Kriya. Was curious as to what more could be offered with this practice but turns out, quite a lot. There were advanced nuances I had never thought of with the practice and it really blew me away. Along with the obvious physical benefits, it also gave me a taste of spiritual possibility and pushed me physically and mentally. The timing of the course was just perfect to be able to finish it before work. The teacher Nivi was amazing and gave clear instructions, guidance and super helpful one on one corrections essential for one’s growth, while all the way keeping the mood light and joyful. Highly recommended studio with the perfect ambience for everyone, wherever you may be in your Yoga journey.

    I was simply searching for yoga studios near me when I first found Yoga Sadhana. The yoga that was taught here is fundamentally different from the ones I was used to. There are no fancy studios with showers, however all the teachers here have an amazing sense of calmness. That is something I am looking for and therefore I decided to try the 21 day hatha yoga program. The program is very structured and has a lot of depth. And I was completely unaware of the spiritual aspect of yoga before this program. It is a definitely a program that takes a lot of dedication and commitment, but it is definitely worth pulling through it. Having finished the program now, I finally see the reason why the program’s structured in such a way. I don’t see myself doing yoga in any other ways now 😊

    No matter where you are in your journey with your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, this course will take you to the next level and beyond in just 21 days. I've been to many Yoga studios in Sydney and most of them teach you a few moves and call it yoga. If you want to understand yoga from a foundational level and go beyond the simple physical benefits it can provide, this is the course for you. The quality of teaching goes beyond any type of class or activity that I've previously signed up to. Highly recommend. Invest in yourself and you won't have any regrets.

    The yoga school is a unique environment compared to other yoga places I’ve been to in Sydney. I am normally copying the movements at other studios, so I need to keep returning to the class. Through the teaching method in this centre, I am learning to internalise sequences and fine details. I am empowered to take them home and feel confident to continue my own practice. As someone who has sleeping issues, it was surprising how quickly I adjusted to the early mornings. Being up for the 5am starts slowly became enjoyable. The Hatha Bliss program requires commitment over 21 days but is really worthwhile. I feel a clarity in my life, which I hope to deepen after the program. The commitment of the others around me was inspiring. The instructor, Abhishek infuses his discipline, humour and generosity into his teaching and spirit. Highly recommend and grateful to have taken this program.

    I had a wonderful experience doing 21 day Hatha program. Starting with enquiry for the course, got a quick and detailed response from Yoga Sadhana. Joined immediately for an early morning journey. Lot to learn in 21 days. For yoga poses constant instructions were given and mistakes were corrected. Lot of efforts were made by Abhishek (teacher) to give a supporting environment. Most of the days studio was open for practice hours before the class. During the whole program utmost attention was given to even the minute details. It was bit challenging initially to get up early but worth it. I could feel the benefits from first week itself. -I was able to spend my full day more actively with less sleep. -I could feel my back more straight and less slouch without much of an effort. -Improved flexibility

    ISHA Yoga 21 days program is referred to me by my wife and was reluctant to join and then she booked for me without my permission, I accepted the offer and join my 1st day with full commitment and it change my perception, course is well designed for every adult participant and teacher is very calm and composed. It’s was a amazing journey and worth committing for 21 days it’s changed my views for yoga, and feed a seed in my mind for Yoga in everyday life. Will surely recommend to my family and friends.

    21 consecutive days of classical yoga opened up a path of self- discipline, dedication and devotion. If you are up for a challenge, tailored to a traditional approach, I would definitely recommend this program. Abhishek Guru is driven to the core of exercising yoga in every aspect of his life. His respect for the practice is exemplary.
