Just started Yoga here, and the team have been very welcoming each time - with classes that are absolutely fine for beginners. Check out the website for deals and offers running at the time. Parking is a challenge in the area - so try and take public transport if you can - or walk. There are a few great cafes and restaurants nearby so you can use your time wisely!! ... highly recommended location.

All the classes I've done at This Is Yoga have been of really high-quality with interesting sequences. It's such a lovely atmosphere at the studios, not pretentious or competitive as I have found in some other studios. Thank you This Is Yoga! Looking forward to my next class.

This is Yoga is a great space, and I especially love the instructors. Ari’s foundation class is phenomenal, so good for my alignment and savasana is like bliss at the end. Danni has magical assists and I loved her progressive class to help me keep a sense of play.

I’ve been trying to get into yoga for years and feel like I’ve found the perfect studio. This Is Yoga runs amazing sessions in an awesome heated studio which was a totally new experience for me but very cool. All the instructors are legends and there’s a really friendly vibe with everyone who goes there 🥰

Lovely studio to practise yoga, instructors are friendly and provide clear instructions and will correct you if you want. Temperature for the hot yoga sessions may not seem warm when you start but you will definitely sweat. Good range of special workshops as well to concentrate on specific areas.

I recently started practicing yoga at the Clovelly studio, and I have to say it's been an incredible experience. The studio has a wonderfully chilled atmosphere, making it easy to unwind and focus during classes. What stands out the most is the lack of judgment – everyone is welcomed with open arms, regardless of their experience level. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful, ensuring you get the most out of your practice. The soothing scents in the studio add to the overall ambiance, making each session a true delight. I'm thrilled to have found such a supportive and inviting yoga community in Clovelly. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Studio, Amazing teachers! The space is very welcoming, quite big but still warm. There are very different styles of Yoga, each teachers offering beautiful classes and workshops. Bonus point; easy to find parking and there are showers.

The instructors and classes at this is yoga clovelly are all amazing. The studio has such a great atmosphere and I personally love going to the Sunday yin class to have a relaxing end to a weekend. Highly recommend this is yoga to everyone

This is Yoga is my preferred studio to attend for hot yoga. Parking is mostly easy and the teachers are exceptional. Their classes are really well balanced. I'm always learning something new and I love being challenged here.

I have been doing the foundation classes at This Is Yoga and they have been great for a beginner like me. Having the poses broken down and being taught how to move your body correctly into each one has been super helpful. A plus is having a nice warm studio on cold winter mornings!

Ari is the most articulated teacher with clear concise instructions for the next position. He notices everyone’s movements & shares guidance for correct position. His encouragement to obtain a difficult stance is exhilarating. He is truly amazing

Such a great studio. Every teacher I have done a class with has been excellent with great routines and precise instruction. The studio is very popular and I can understand why. Personally I'd like to attend more classes, but I just don't have the time. Some of the teachers also sing during shavasna and have great voices which is a really lovely way to end the class.

The instructors I have had are good, committed to what they are teaching. The classes are frequent enough to provide timetable alternatives. The members appear to be generally fit that makes for reasonably robust standard classes. The studio is clean and ventilated. So generally good for the body and spirit.

We recently moved to the Eastern Suburbs and are lucky to have both the Randwick and Clovelly studios nearby. The Vinyasa classes are wonderful, the teachers are all lovely and it's a beautiful community to be a part of. Highly recommend. ❤️

Such a cosy and welcoming studio in Clovelly! All teachers are so inspiring, each class is varied and I learn something new with each visit. I have loved joining the ‘This is Yoga’ community since moving to the area.

Such a lovely place! Amazing teachers who have helped make my return to yoga classes a great experience. I used the intro pass to try some different classes and see what was right for me now. Everyone was very accommodating and encouraging of me going at my own pace.
