I booked a week at the Pierre Vacances Hotel for my parents and children. However, upon arrival, I received a call from them informing me that there was no air conditioning in the room, even though the region experiences temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius during the summer, as is the case this week. The lack of air conditioning has resulted in apartment temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. I promptly contacted the hotel and spoke to the manager, Julien, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite the uncomfortable and unhealthy conditions, he refused to find a solution. Given that my parents are elderly and not accustomed to such extreme temperatures, and they are not French speakers either, I expected the hotel staff to be more accommodating. Instead, Julien merely offered a fan as a remedy. In light of the circumstances, I requested a cancellation, but my plea was met with refusal. It was disheartening that Julien did not even seem interested in listening to my concerns; he simply repeated that the hotel did not have air conditioning and claimed that "everyone knows that." This is far from the truth, as the absence of this information on the hotel's website raises questions about transparency. This experience has been both disappointing and neglectful. It was my first and last time staying at this establishment. The lack of preparation, poor customer service, and disregard for guests' well-being are unacceptable.

Spent 3 weeks in one of the 3 bedroom condos and I have to say that the experience overall was good. There are a few things that I wish I knew beforehand. 1) Not every condo has WiFi available (ours was one of them). That would have been fine if we were told that before we got there so we could have planned accordingly. 2) It would have been nice to know what items are not supplied like bath towels, extra trash bags, dish soap, and just some simple household items like that. This is very subjective and these are just items I wish were supplied personally. But this place A LOT of great things to give. 1) the local bakery is AMAZING and the staff there were nice and understanding for non-native speakers. 2) the onsite pools and water play areas are great for those with families and accommodate all ages very well. My 3 and 6 year olds had plenty of things to do and could entertain themselves easily. 3) The views you could see were amazing! Beautiful sunsets without too much construction to ruin the views or pictures someone would like to take. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely be considering going here again on our next trip to the South!

This is a wonderful place. Great for kids who really enjoyed themselves with the swimming pool, horse riding, kids club and if you want to play golf this is paradise. the Pierre & Vacances is great but unfortunately few things are not pushing me to do a 4 stars or 5 Stars : - The half board restaurant is great but the organisation needs to be review ( waiting 1.5 Hrs , getting starter in same time than main course, and the first time in my life ...getting a pasta in my smashed potatoes ;-0 ) - The accommodation is a little bit overpriced (we had the house for 8 people) for the space you get...the toilette were smelling urine and the kitchen tool were useless. The staff is extremely professional and efficient and as I said getting a wine glass on the village place watching kids playing is paradise !

Stunning! Confusing layout and easy to get lost on your first day - but I would (and will go back) gladly spend a whole month here! Wish we had air con as we were there during the heatwave but it got us out of the room and enjoying what the resort had to offer... cannot express how much value is in this place. It's a perfect family getaway! You wont be disappointed!

We had a lovely and relaxing holiday here, beautiful surroundings, friendly people. Pool and house was very clean, beautiful location. Nice to have a terrace connected.to the house. BUT they are badly organized and a cheap out on some basics...there are not enough parking spots near the houses to accommodate all guests (ouch), the wifi is a joke (embarrassing in this day and age) so don't pay for faster wifi...it does not work, and houses for 6 people are actually designed for 4. If I could I would give it a 3.5.

We hade a wonderfull time in Pierre & Vacances. The location is great if, many spots to see around, and the village is beautiful and has everything you needs. The pool and slides were so much fun. Great staff! Merci✨️

We have been there for around one week, a beautiful environment, in a super safe context. And if you are playing golf, this is the place to be ...

In the laundry there are multiple signs warning you from adding soap as they are suposed to be supplied automatically. Guess what? It won't.. Beside this, one of the bed has used sheets with someone previous guest's hair. I hope the next guest won't find my hair as well.

Nice place if you are looking for a summer holiday. We were not but that’s not their fault. The rooms could you a little modernizing.

The amenities are good. It's too far from cities. No food or water available for buying after 21 pm. Until breakfast. Rooms for 5 are only for 3 people. Amazing swimming pool. Lakes. And golf field
