I came in this shop as I needed some little accessories. As there was not the brand I was looking for, I was going out of the shop but the seller, probably the owner insisted for showing me his models, telling me that his brand was the best and so on for his jerseys, for his bikes, for his shop ... As I'm polite I listened him but it was really difficult to get rid of this so I curtly replied that I was not interested, and I quickly left. I just cannot stand this kind of insistence so I won't stop there again.

A friend of mine recommended this shop because he knew that i am a great fan of KTM bicycles. With my pockets full of money and high hopes i went there. As soon as i did the settings for the size of the bicycle frame one of the staff rushed around the corner and instead of helping me he just wiped out all my settings and went away. So i left the store immediately because i didn't feel welcome and obviously the staff is choosing the customers themselves. Postscript regarding your response: Your reply shows exactly how you really care about your customers, after a legitimate complaint of a solvent customer/prospective buyer, you just try to justify yourself like a child, who is caught in flagrante delicto or in other words the customer is always a vicious villain. It starts with your incorrect gender form of address, secondly you not even try to explain your equipment in the first place during the customer visit in your shop, so you take away the customers pleasure of buying and the customer didn't feel welcome anymore. And last but not least you try to lay the blame on an alleged communication problem, which obviously doesn't exist because it wasn't a problem for you to understand what i was complaining about in the first place. If you are really interested in your international customers, who are visiting your establishment, you would try to overcome this problem but your behaviour was only an encroaching treatment. Sorry to say: You screwed up.

We hired 2 electric bikes for 2 days from this shop. They were very understanding when our flight was cancelled and we had to reduce the days from 3 to 2. The bikes were fantastic, they provided everything we needed (helmets, bike locks and chargers) and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back! Merci

We discovered L’Etape du Ventoux on the afternoon of Saturday, September 9, after being drenched in a downpour for which we were unprepared. We were cycle tourists from far away and didn’t have the option of calling a friend. Riding on to our destination was not a choice either as the chilly temperatures continued and we were thoroughly soaked. Olivier, at L’Etape du Ventoux, could not have been more helpful. In his amusing manner, he considered our dilemma then decided to store our bikes overnight and give us a ride in his car to our hotel 25 minutes away. He easily could have asked us to call a taxi, but he didn’t. The next morning, when we returned to continue our tour, we learned he had charged our electric bikes. How fortunate for us that the shop was open both Saturday and Sunday. A totally positive experience.

Toujours un acceuil chaleureux ainsi que des conseils avisés !! Très beau magasin avec beaucoup de choix !! Je recommande.
