It seems clean but when you look at detail it's not. Room is not fresh and smells like cheap perfume. I found hairs in bedding which seems not washed properly and horrible fungus at air conditioning machine. Under bed is a dirt and same on the floor. The price is low but it shouldn't be reason for cleaning service isn't doing their job. Receptionist was nice.

Is enough for the price. It's only some meters near to a mall and shopping areas. It only missed a fan or air conditioning, because the windows from the low floor must remain closed during the night as there aren't rolling shutters or bars on the windows. The 24h machines on the entrace are very good for night snacks.

Checking in was not very pleasant. Staff did not speak English and gave the impression that it was weird we did not speak French. Rooms have a code to be opened. Room was clean but not very luxurious as you would expect for this price. The bed was hard and the matress was noisy. We took a shower in the shared shower cabins in the hallway, but there are no towels. There is soap however. The airconditioning is very nice and the room has most things you need (plenty of outlets and enough light). The breakfast was okay, especially for the price. Small buffet and enough to start the day with. The overall experience of this hotel was what I expected, but for the price I paid, I expected a little bit more to be honest.

Unfortunately, not a good experience! Yes it’s cheap, but honestly for the same price you can find way better nearby. First room we were given was occupied by someone else with their stuff still there. We were then given another room on the ground floor with a tiny window that opens to the smoking area, giving us almost zero privacy. Cherry on top, toilettes and showers are NOT inside the room, but in the hallway, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Not even soap to wash your hands, no towels, nothing. The answer from staff is “No, sorry! You have pay extra for soap and a towel!” Not a good image for Accor Hotels!

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Difficult to find the entrance to, especially if not arriving with a car. Toilets consistently dirty, and floors always wet; there is no soap nor place to wash your hands, meaning you must wash them in the shower, or take soap from the shower and wash them in your room (where there is also no soap). Paper thin walls with people from other rooms attempting to open doors to my room (and use the keypad) at all hours of the day and night. I felt uncomfortable here my entire stay and wish I had booked somewhere else. One receptionist was lovely.
