Best service I ever got in Decathlon or any other sports shop. We were aided by a female climber and employee; she helped us thoroughly to buy the right equipment and told us where to find the proper spots to climb for our level. Brilliant service - give her a raise.

It's quite big so if you are looking for something specific, you should ask one of the shop clerks to indicate where to find products. Almost all the sports gear are available from very reasonably priced to very pricey ones. You can order on their website and receive the products here, too. Clerk people are generally well trained and can give you decent advice here. You can try riding some of the bicycles and scooters before purchasing. There are some cabinets to try some clothes and sports gears.

One part of my tent broke when I was in France on vacation with two small boys. But I was lucky, I had bought ist at Decathlon at my home in Germany. The employee Adam of Decathlon Montpellier was very friendly and helpful and replaced the broken part. In the end, we could gladly go on with our campingvacation. Thanks!

The staffs at the workshop are super helpful! I sent my scooter for a part replacement and got it back within an hour.

Big place, good assistance, neat and clean, huge collection for every sports group except cricket. Compared to any other spots shops decathlon is cheaper but the quality is at the best. The best thing is you can feel the same way in every store I used to purchase from the stores in India and I felt the same in this store too. Always a fan of the decathlon.

I visited in the high season, so of course it was a lot of people, but because of the size of the store it wasn’t a problem. The store offers so many items, ranging from football, to camping, to sailing things. The staff is also very friendly and there is a small place that serves food if you get hungry. Would go again!
