Nice place to be. Have known them since 2010 and till date they maintain same good standard. They give breakfast too. The have good reception and it's accessible.

I don't even bother myself any longer going there for acomodation, the rude receptionist will happily tell you "no room" even if you want to make reservations for today, tomorrow, next tomorrow, next week or next month; the same response "no room" Apparently they reserve their rooms for known faces? Why would a hotel not be so accessible to new clients? I find it rather weird. There are other great places to spend my money abeg.

The environment was lovely. They had lovely picture sites. The pool was clean, the bar isn't bad. However, their customer service is zero. The staff delayed in handling my requests, out of six days that I stayed, room was only cleaned four times. The bathroom bulb wasn't fixed until the fourth day. I got tired of calling the reception to complain, I'm not sure if would be staying here again.

They have rude receptionist that can embarrass the hell out of u and lock you out of your room. Rooms are dilapidated, and the restaurant is messy. Television was off for two 2days because the hotel manager was not around to renew dstv subscription. Horrible place to be if you like your peace and comfort.

Very modern and decent hotel. It has a very good security outfit guarding the place. Clean environment and good attendants. It has good car parks. It has a hall that can contain up to two hundred people in a conference. It has a very good swiming pool. It has a boutique. It has standby generators for constant lights. Recommended for business people and travellers.

Very clean rooms and quite peaceful for our meeting....proximity to the road YET very quiet makes it a place to visit again....

The place is okay for the amount paid. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and room services are good. There's a working bar, clean swimming pool/area and parking lot for your vehicle. It's just that most of their bathroom amenities are a bit faulty.. Like the water heater.

A good priced and decent accommodation in a safe, accessible and good location. Good customer service and reliable 24hrs electricity supply. The room service, though prompt and polite, are in the habit of padding bills and not returning change for cash payment made through them. This is a serious area that the hotel management will need to address.

Used to be a good hotel bt I think it needs serious renovation especially the rooms n furnitures in the old building. The new building equally needs upgrade.the door keys and walls needs a modern state of art

Luxurious hotel located in the heart of Anambra that hosted the stay of my missus and I during festive Dec 2021. The receptionist, and all workers included were nice and proactive with any issues we experienced. Our room was extremely comfortable with excellent affordable food served in the bar downstairs for the times we were too lazy to go out to eat. I recommend Golphins Hotel and Suites to anyone looking for a a friendly environment to lodge near Awka, Anambra. I cannot wait for December 2022 🥂.

Has a good salon for natural hair treatment

The hotel looks like a relic, but needs to be developed to have an ultramodern appeal. I declined to stay there bcos the rooms even used old ACs.

It's location is well placed but the outside environment is quite messy during the rainy season so unless u don't mind soiling ur Louis Vuittons I suggest u park inside or u wear easy to wash footwears but every other season is okay and asides these they give expert services ..try the natural hair salon at their ground floor..u would loveeet 😊😊😊
