The place is perfect. With two gigantic structures. Just that it's not for no money geng. Have money because food is from 4k up. There is another development of another building in the compound which is completed. No need to use steps,there is elevators for easy lifting. Least room is above 15k if its even still available. There is Wifi and steady lights.

The hotel has very bad management. It's takes an average of 1:30hr to get food. It takes a minimum of 45mins to get a towel and the entire hotel has a maximum of 4 staff on duty. It's the worse hotel I have ever stayed my entire life.

It is qualified to be called a five star hotel. The location is great. The environment. It has a pool. A table tennis board. A very nice sit out bar. Customer care is great cos they use Corp members. The rooms are spacious with great interior and furniture. The price ranges from thirty thousand niaria. With a restaurant, laundry services. It's a really nice place to be at. And worthy of mentioning is the constant power supply. A good place to host your events, Birthdays, anniversaries, meetings and more. The bar, the price for the drinks are affordable. I recommend you give it a try. Me I don't miss a sunday, ideal chill place for you alone or with your partner. 💯

The customer service is horrible. I first had issues with my room door, and they claimed it was a battery issue. As such, I was given a master key. Upon entry, the towel was damp. I requested for a change and I given a worn towel. I requested for my complimentary meal and was given two slices of bread without beverages. Called the reception and the lady said, "Another Complaint" in a very sarcastic manner. She however said she would have to call housekeeping to ask why I wasn't given beverages. So I'd have to wait till she confirms I wasn't given #50 milk and milo before I eat two slices of bread. This is a studio room I paid #25,000 for per night. Horrible experience!

Most lovely hotel i have been to in the East. Nice rooms, services and comfort.

We went to swim cause the weather was so hot that day. It wasn't so difficult to locate the hotel. It's along the road by unizik junction in Emma Nnaemeka Street. They also have children swimming pool. At the time we visited it was a thousand five hundred naira to swim till 6pm. We didn't eat nor drink there cause we had other plans. There are alot of parking spaces there and security guard by the gate.

The rooms are fair, could do with proper cleaning and management. The inflation of food prices because of increased patronage was super unnecessary.

The room was neat and clean, the porter was very polite and respectful. They should however increase what is on offer as complimentary breakfast.

They are above average generally,but they needs to improve on their complimentary breakfast and employ more hands for services as well as room maintenance of facilities particularly in the bathroom,But they truly operate 24hours light despite the cost of diesel at present,thumb up for them

Lovely design. Good to look at with and environment that's well clean, flowers well trimmed and overall very appealing. The rooms are exquisite and well above the normal low standard hotels around. It's easily accessible and the pool is mostly always clean. Hotel service is standard and power supply is guaranteed. It's one of the very few places in awka that I can proudly refer to a stranger in a heart beat.

Beautiful environment and all. But the workers are hostile. They didn't let me use the gym because the gym instructor wasn't at work. I couldn't use the pool either for some lame reason. Me and my cousins had about 10 rooms and there was no discount or anything like that. They weren't polite about anything.... they kept saying "the hotel owner was very strick on them".

Different staff seemed to have individual master key, dude barged into my room. Dirty walls and ceiling (for a 20k room and in Awka?). Another knocked and knocked by 9am, then used his own master key (like, I'm trying to sleep bro!). Environment is nice, generally the area is calm. There is room for improvement.

Boasting a lot of space, the hotel is well equipped to cater for diverse events. Has large and comfortable rooms, good food and at the heart of Awka.

I was at the pool side for some time out. It was a wonderful experience. Chilled drinks at not too exorbitant rates. Great waitress with a good sense of humor. Would love to take a swim some day.

Chicotel classique hotel is a place to be. I had a good time dia and dia staffs are wonderful and calm. I will rate them 80%. The only issue dia was that the lights kept on going on and off. I hope they rectify this issue because a first class hotel like that doesn't need to have issues like that. Thanks

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Quite a terrible traumatizing experience!!! The management is 0, I literally pity the owner of the hotel. Quite a magnificent building with zero management. They gladly sold me a room that has no intercom so everything I needed, I had to take a walk downstairs to get it. The light was a mess…came down all the way from Lagos to get things done but here made my stay uncomfortable
