Gave them 4 stars because all the time I was at the store, I wasn't comfy enough to take pictures and videos. Love how huge and spacious it is, navigating towards the stores is hitch free, the workers at the teller point, mostimes are slow, on all my visits to the store during my stay, it wasn't fun for me. They have limited POS points (I noticed 1 out of 10 or more pay point) and they dwell perfectly in cash which is wrong because of cashless policy, Noticed at the pastries section, you need to scream before you'll get attention and asked what you want. The workers can't categorically help you with what's a perfect taste for you as customer. Their discounted items are never implemented on their system, so I advise if you pick a discounted item, during payout, announce it at point of payment. It perks is they don't operate on Sundays and at such I had to do impulse buying every Saturday against Sunday. Their rules are legible and I was glad I stood and read through them.

Roban stores is situated right in the heart of Awka. Other shops are leased by fine Brothers, Black & White etc. Roban shopping centre is well organized, spacious, airy, easy walk in and good customer service. However, I think their prices varies. Some products are affordable while some are quite expensive. There is space for parking . I think it can take up to 300 cars. Generally, will rate 7/10.

Roban is a big name in Awka. I was used to going there to shop for my provisions, creams, body sprays and cooking things while I was in school. I never regretted it. I loved it because they offer good services, sell things at affordable prices and have quality goods. It's a good place to shop. Inside the compound there are other places whose services might interest you, the make up studio, pharmacy, photo studio, etc.

You can get everything you need from a supermarket in Roban Stores and then some. The only issue is the occasional problem of network with POS when you want to make payment. There is also a fine brothers phone store just beside Roban, still within the premises.

It's a massive supermarket..... Ranging from provisions....electronics.... Clothes... shoes..... Contimetic.... Chocolate.... Toys.... Fresh baked bread.... cakes and more..... A fun place to be... You should try it out

The roads are very bad especially during the rainy season, the excessive wheelbarrows clogging the roads make shopping a horrific experience. I honestly only go when I have no other choice

Eke market, Umuokpu-Awka is as old as Umuokpu. The said market is bounded on the left by St. Paul's Ang. Church, on the right by Sub-post office, back by St. Paul's primary school & front by old Enugu/Onitsha road. It is a very beautiful place to be.

It's a very nice store,the ambience is really nice. They should however get more products in the skin section cus the last time I went there ,there was no sunscreen in sight. But in general it's a good place with an attentive staff.

I loved every bit of it. Roman stores are just about all you want in a mall. Spacious, prices are good, customer service is top-notch with attendants strategically positioned at various corners just to help you locate your favoured products. Ever heard of the famous and legendary #roban_bread? You should try it. It is a really good place. Let's shop again soonest.

It's called Roban stores but it's more of a mall as it has several business going on in it. Here you can shop for electronics, groceries, bags, footwear, food and snacks etc. They have pharmacy, hair saloon, phone shops etc. The store has a lot of parking spaces. There are security men who help control vehicle traffic to ease movement. There are no escalators on lift in this store even though it's a big outlet. There are no children play ground. They do not have pizza or signature ice cream. It would be nice for them to have an eatery for those who want to sit down and enjoy their food.

It's a nice shopping mall, the only problem is that majority of their staff put on a serious and stern face. They should try to be a bit cheerful, Jesus has already died for them 🙃

The Stores has a lot of things in terms of food, clothes and other necessary wares. And one thing too, their bread! They've got various varieties of bread and cakes. They have a phone slot I think owned by Fine brothers. So you see and you'd be sure to visit there in case you want to have a good nice shopping experience.

It's always nice to shop there. The prices are comfortable, the environment's okay, there shop attendants to direct and help you with what you need. There are parking spaces for cars inside the store, there is also a place provided for wheelchairs. The store isn't hard to locate, it's in a safe side of the state. Incase you ain't mobile, there are tricycles outside the store to take you to your destination. The store is beside CBN Awka.

You can get your groceries, drinks and other items at very affordable rates from this store. This is store strategically located in Awka and it is equivalent to shoprite in other big cities. I was able to get all I needed, I recommend

This is one of the biggest shopping mall in Awka. It measures up with international standard and the prices are very much ok for daily commodities you can get on the street. Buying things at discounted rate is good you know. Their bread is just 'wait and take'; oven fresh. There's enough car park and the road is good and accessible through Enugu/onitsha expressway. There are other companies attached to the shopping mall that made it look more lively. One funny thing about this Roban store is that they don't open for business on sundays. Business days are from Monday to saturday.

The place is what one can call anambra standard. Very OK but not spectacular would have loved more. The place looks to be more and more crowded towards evening hours and as such more shopping facilities would be appreciated, Regardless it is a nice place to visit.

I went to this shop twice, it is well stocked and I found everything I needed. However, the POS conveniently did not work so I couldn't pay with my card. But there was an agent outside whose POS machine worked and she charged exhorbitantly for withdrawals. How convenient!!

Very convenient place to shop, security staff are courteous, the bread is the best. Have most of what you need. Good parking space ans easily assessible. Prices are on the high side though.

Honestly, I loved visiting here. Such a spacious environment, I want to use the word "sleek" to give a feel of this place and there, I just did! Neat too. Such a beautiful place to be in Awka. The foods 🍲 aren't my favorite...particularly the "bons" - too oily. The chocolate cake 🎂 looked really beautiful but somehow tasted like it was soaked in oil. The rice 🍚 - both fried and Jollof was powered with curry 🥘 or whatever spice it was that just sits on your tongue 😝 but the bread 🥪 - lovely. We got 4 of 'em. The prices... I will get 🔙 to. Gotta get more pictures 😁. Now I like carrying my bag around the malls. I don't know why they insist we give them our bags 🛍. It is a little inconvenient 😡. All in all, not a bad experience at all. Lots of new drinks to discover. Go now. I just wish they could start the kind of popcorn 🍿..(not the kind of abeg), the exact popcorn 🍿 they have @akwaibom, here in Awka. I was super disappointed they don't have it. Awka is missing out.

Its one of the biggest shopping places in Awka. They have a variety of products. Their bakery is very good. You can get your Bread, Meatpies and other fast food.

Ronan supermarket is one big and beautiful place to be. The sell almost everything needed in the household. The customer service is super, their products are original and the Compound has enough to accommodate cars. Tilt has has mini shops: fine brother phone shop and many others.

I would love to post a video, but no option of my disappointment with the current manager of Roban Store Awka. I suggest the staff the questioned regards the treatment and approach from the manger to staff and customers. It's sad and I pray the do look into it.

I'm soo disappointed at Roban. Firstly, the workers are not helpful. Secondly, I bought a biscuit and it tastes like detergent 😭😭. How did you guys store it😭😭😭. Something I've been craving for.. I may never convince myself to buy it again 😭🤧

My first time in Akwa and I was looking for where to buy fruits for my kids, I was told Roban stores. The worst shopping experience with very slow, unresponsive and rude staffs. Firstly my bag was collected at the entry point for what they called security purpose. Secondly they don’t have basic fruits, thirdly the girl at the till was keying in customer goods one by one in the system hence making the queue unreal,and when I tried to call her attention to the queue, she ignored me.lastly the security after payment point was very rude and bad manners. I asked him what is the delay and queue for after making payments at the till, he didn’t answer and told me to do my worst with the I don’t care attitude. And I told myself never again will I visit roban stores. I told him I was going to give a review with his face on there cos I have not seen one this rude and on duty.
