    This is a beautiful Estate near A232 Enugu-Onitsha Express way. Very accessible from the Express and from the interior roads. It's not far from Ngozika Estate. It has security and very many elegant and modern buildings. The roads are being reconstructed now.

    It's situated near Kwarta. There's security there. It's safe for living. We have roads that links to each streets/roads/houses within the estate.

    Udoka housing estate is one of the first modern estates to be built in awka. Currently it is one of the best planned estates in this town. They have very good roads and small shops and supermarkets for shopping for residents. They have a very good security network too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good quiet and condusive home.

    One of the best estates in Awka. Most of the roads are tarred with street lights. A lot of good houses and few other facilities. Still need a lot of upgrading though
