It is one of the federal Universities in Nigeria, The current Vice Chancellor is Prof Joseph Ahaneku and it has been called the University of all times. There are so many projects ongoing in the school and there are provisions for every Faculty to accommodate students. The University produces thousands of students every year and they are taught to excel in the society.

It's a Federal Government higher Institution for learning. I schooled there and l will recommend people to study their. Their lectures are good and of great standard. It's very big with many facilities. Their fees are affordable. It's situated at Awka, in Anambra State.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University is one of the many federal universities in Nigeria. It's a good place to get a degree at a decent price and they also graduate students in record time. But this is sure if strikes don't happen. It is a relatively new university compared to other older institutions in the region. Lots of work still ongoing and a lot more to be desired. The lecturers are no different from the typical Nigerian lecturer. I don't think that the school is exception but the potentials exist if the leadership want to make it work and stand out.

The transportation system isn't properly organized. Some departments aren't easily reachable via public transport because they don't lie along the route plied by the transporters.

I'm still a student here though but honestly, there are some places in this university that I've never been to. The university library is a 10 star, the organization, comfortability and the atmosphere is the best, honestly! You can read for hours and hours and still be happy. The E-library is superb, the wifi is excellent. I don't think I've ever had issues with the network connection in the E-library. The faculty buildings are good too, I've not been to all the faculties but from my little experience I can say it's conducive for learning. The staffs are the best!!! They take their work seriously irrespective of the issues they are having now with the government. They understand the true worth of Education and for that I commend them. I can't say everything here but all I can say is that UNIZIK is good!!.

I have been waiting for the school registrar department to respond to transcript evaluation. Please respond . The whole process is over two months. There should be a time line and this is delaying my programme. Isnt there a way to reach the school via phone

Infrastructure and beauty, it's ok. But Academically??? Not satisfactory at all. I mean, this is a university for God's sake and not kindergarten, lecture halls aren't enough, even the ones Available aren't well developed for proper learning, not enough"benches", white boards damaged, no fans in the halls, the ones there are either not working or not working. Yes there are facilities like art and law whom seem like the first born's of Unizik, what about others like Agriculture?? The road to the faculty alone is an apology, now there's talk of shipping the students to one forgotten where the faculty is being annexed, somewhere with no security for the safety of students, no basic human amenities, nothing standard for living, and people's children are to go there and do what exactly? Why the rush? Why not take time to make sure all the necessary things are provided? This is nothing more than pure politics being played by those ontop and in power, for their own selfish interests and not for the good of the students...

I'm a student of Nnamdi Azikiwe university, the school is doing well but the up as and down is too much, their ICT have to upgrade, they need to be a standard ICT office in Nnewi okofia and agulu so as to avoid student be moving to and fro during SGS exam
