Bought earrings, very lovely but the customer service is terrible especially in the Jakande store. After a poor response via phone and WhatsApp where they eventually suggested a dispatch rider drops off diamond earrings with no authentication therefore I decided to go into the store. No acknowledgement on arrival, poor to slow response and little enthusiasm to the point I had to ask why everyone was squeezing their face especially after someone just spent thousands of dollars on earrings. Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend.

So i heard about this business on Instagram and decided to try them since my rings at the time were tight. I ordered a set of sterling silver rings via their ig page which was pretty much affordable compared to similar shops and it was delivered to me on time. It's been 15 months now and my rings still shine as new, to be honest i haven't even polished or had them professionally cleaned. Great ring last for years

Guys!here is an amazing jewelry platform were you can get all sorts of nice sets with a very affordable price, good quality, on time delivery and exceptional customer service. My wife loves her customized necklace, sometimes I feel like wearing it lolz.

I bought a gold plated ring from this store and the gold started peeling off in one week. I begged for an exchange or refund, I was even ready to pay extra if needed but the manager refused. The ring was useless after one month. Even rings of 5000 Naira last longer than a month. What hurt the most was the amount I spent on the ring and the fact that a simple exchange could not be done. That was extremely unfair!!!! I can and will never refer anybody to this store.

Expensive stuffs

So my fiancé bought a ring from them,he proposed after one month with same ring,After about a week of usage the ring (claimed to be sterling silver by the way) turned brown and was making my finger turn green.We complained about this and they took back the ring and went to work on it,it came back shiny again (I guess they went to spray/polish it with whatever it is they use) and after another week of usage,this ring got so bad and my fiancé was really embarrassed by this. Please note, I do not use bleaching cream(cos this might be their excuse) and the ring was #35,000 for sterling silver as they claimed,and I expected it not to turn to bronze within a week. Anyhoo,we’ve decided to steer clear of anything sterling silver when we want to shop for our wedding rings.
