Rohan stores Nowas, Transekulu is the largest department store in Enugu. They offer a wide variety of consumer goods in different areas of the store. The environment is near and well spaced with a massive parking space for customers. The security guards and other staff are professional in carrying out their duties. At Roban Stores Transekulu the bakery section is eye-catching and have many of their customers patronising their bakery products each time I visit😋

This is a great shopping retail outlet. The supermarket is an excellent retail outlets well and efficiently managed, stocks both local and foreign essential and household commodities. They are well known for retailing high quality brands and the fear of getting counterfeit goods is almost near impossible from the store. There is Covid-19 safety protocols highly observed, store not crowded and social safety distancing maintained. There is handwashing facilities and general body spray boot before entering the store. There is wheelchair enabled access entry. The parking space is not relatively big, but parking spaces for customers can never be an issue. Means of payment is via cash, mobile money options, credit/debit card POS options as well. There is existing return policy for goods and items that qualifies for such.

It's th best way to shop hair care products, body creams, soaps, books, small chops, cakes, bread, foodstuffs, kitchen appliances, salon equipments, basically anything you need at home, work.... Name them♥️♥️♥️

Really nice store. You'll get all you need for really cool prices. Major problem is that the store upstairs isn't wheelchair accessible or even your cart. The management could do with making part of the stairs wheelchair accessible.

Its a good convenient store that you can get things you need for your home as well as eatables.

Their prices are so right and they have almost anything you need ....their bread is top notch too. Their fruits are always fresh as well

The place is nice if you're just going to shop though, they have great variety of products. But the checkout staff could be rude at times as well as those guys at their bakery outlet. Also social distancing is out the window so bear that in mind.

Can't give it 5 star bc the place is always Hot, I've never seen an AC work there... However, their prices are fair and their bread is good

I bought bread from the trans Ekulu branch last week, while eating it I kept noticing sand particles. The worst experience was when I took a bite not knowing that it contains a large stone, The thing nearly broke one of my teeth. Please improve, the least u can give us is sand and stone free bread.

Roban Stores remains unique especially when it comes to their baking skills. Their meat pie is outstanding, that anyone who takes a bite will always come by at any given chance.

This is standing out as one the best shopping centre not just in Enugu but also, Nnewi, Awka, Asaba. Their bakery products are enticing. They have an outstanding customer service. They also got "gift cards". The only place they need to work on is their convenience and some security always asking for tips.

The Supermarket is very warm and nice. They are well stocked with top notch customer service. They sell varieties of items from beverages, to provisions, food stuffs, pastries, varieties of drinks 🍷🍷, clothes, perfumes etc. The store is well lighted.They also have a sharwama stand at the Exit gate. They have space for parking cars 🚗🚗. Summarily a nice place to get your things.

I wish their checking out service counter could be faster. Their service being very slow could be because their counters were designed for staff to be providing services while sitting down. A better and faster service is provided while standing up and being at an alert

There services are splendid. Apart from the network issues they have from time to time, I love everything about them. The food is awesome, especially their bread and chicken pie, they are to die for.

Things are much better now. Their services have improved I've been looking for my K-brothers normal soap since last year October and they're yet to restock. Even Jacob's cracker. They need to review and act on it

One of the leading supermarkets in town. Roban price is very competitive. Very thoughtful of them to open this NOWAS/Trans-Ekulu branch as it appears to be the only major supermarket in that axis

Well organized chain Store with virtually everything you need in stock at very good competitive prices. No need to of going to the market stressing yourself.

Like a supermarket should be. Clean, organised, easy access etc. 2 weeks later and I'm back here and unimpressed, the place was hot and stuffy, not 1 AC was on... 2 months later and it has gone from 5 stars to 3.

Neat mall, spacious parking space, affordable purchases, quality, fresh and tantalizing bread 😊😊and above all, I so much love their fruits because it’s always fresh. I always like making enough purchase of their breads on weekends so I don’t have to waste money going to get less quality bread 😂.

It's a convenient supermarket to shop for household items and food items. It has enough parking space. It's a duplex supermarket. Upstairs has toiletries, some kitchen equipments, books, clothing section etc. Downstairs is mainly food items(edibles), appliance's etc.

Loved it. Cute decent location. Wait times for some items like the sharwama can be atrocious and long. EDIT: The Sharwama business has slowly dwindled because they don't usually stock up on ingredients. And they don't readily advertise that they make Sharwama. 2. They don't open on Sundays or on any major Catholic holiday.

It was a nice experience. I got the items I went for without having to parade the whole store. They have assorted drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholics. Many children's delights ....... It was good.
