Rubez villa is a very beautiful and big lodge with enough compound space,beautiful interior, very nice hall. The lodge still has its shortcomings with regard to poor electricity and power supply but it is situated in a very nice and serene environment and you can have easy access to the university.

The place is ok. There's a gym here with a wonderful instructor. When it rains, the access roads to this placed gets messed up. Be careful when it rains

Its a very spacious lodge with good rooms and a very nice gym, though it has light and water issues, the caretaker does not subscribe the light on time and the water does not flow very well, but the tenants are nice.

I will rate the lodge just 10%, thought it was a nice lodge but no, its problems are too much.

A nice places for accomodation and for rent . You can get nice rooms and apartment for rent. There is a store in the building. A gym Centre inside the building. And a motor space for parking
