It is the one if the best hotel for me here in Enugu state Great facility The gym... Potters bar where you can access so many games renting from snooker to board games .. Restaurant... Very love The pool side great view... And my favorite of all The Village court I mean with how old this Hotel is the maintannce and management is just too great And most of all the staffs are all amazing people the so jovial, hardworking and friendly that you will even forget as a guest you in an hotel The staffs are just too good with their services and communication skills I applude the staffs high level of professionalism 👋 And the food is always satisfying

Customer service is REALLY bad………..I don’t think the current management is doing a good job I’ve been here a few times before now and it was good But now I’d say it wasn’t really that good of an experience And it’s not worth their prices at all They lack maintenance too

Lovely outdoor sitting area by a visible stream. It is also inside a secure estate. However, the rooms need upgrading and it is expensive.

Is a nice place for me. I admire their services and their pulchritudinous staff for their exquisite job.

Had a very annoying experience with the waiter (supervisor)who served me milkshakes. I was served spoilt milkshakes and I complained but they all refused to give me the manager's number. A terrible milkshakes that is more like poison was served to me. As a matter of fact immediatelyi tasted it, i had an instant tommy ache... what really hurt me the most was the nonchalant and insensitive attitude of the supervisor on duty. She was so rude and couldn't even manage the situation in a polite and professional manner. I was so disappointed as I recommended the place to my friends they all blamed me for bringing them there.

Would like the pool membership to be cheaper. But everything else are great 👍

Friendly and dutiful staff that know how to go about their duties with smiles and willing heart, especially the manager who is always on top of his game. Fortified security settings, couple with the serene environments. The apartment is fantastic and truly a home from home. A trial will convince you!

This place is good for relation and lodging. If you're looking for a place to chill off after a hard work day, just go there. It's very neat and their staff's are good, friendly and sociable. I love the water flowing at the back of the hotel. Very natural and cool breeze as nature created it will welcome you. It looks like paradise. Give it a trial next time you visit Enugu, and you won't regret it. It's at Zoo Estate Enugu.

A wonderful hotel with a serene environment. Amazing customer services. Nice dishes both Local and international cuisine. It has swimming pools with a swimming bar. Has a lakeside view. Has individuals huts designed in a traditional Architecture style. A nice place for group hangout. It is also a great place for retreats. I'll be back again.

I like the outdoor bar area with it's ambience and good drinks and music. It also has a view of the Ekulu River to offer.

From the service, to the recreational areas, to the rooms and food, everything was exquisite.

I do not hate the place, it's a quite and serene environment suitable for relaxation.i like coming here bacause it's quite.
