The Jumia pick-up station here is not bad. That's the first I've known and can't compare with another. I'm though sure more can be done. Summarily, they are good with their services of delivering goods.

The staffs at these pickup station are rude to costumers, the manager needs to be 100% friendly. I guess maybe because she's too Young,and lacks harmonious relationship with costumers.

It's really inside difficult to locate far from the heart of Benin

If you are scared of losing your products you order online, you can easily pick up at their office. It's very easy to locate, whether you're going there or leaving there.

Jumia pickup station Off Sapele road. Easy to locate, little queue when u come for pic up. Parking is outside the premises, No wheelchair parking, No wheelchair enterance. 4/10 rating.

Bad delivery agents. The don't take your goods according to the address....they won't even deliver your goods and they would write and lie that you weren't available for pick up. Sometimes you have to tip them for them to happily delivery it regardless of the money you've paid before for a home delivery. Very poor service. The electronics mostly have problem and would even electrocute you.

It's OK. Just that they need to employ more hands because the lady always there is overwhelmed.

Very annoying service from jumia, they decided not to open for people without informing customers. And staff was inside the building. Even the online customer service is not even apologetic towards once travails.

Although they have few staffs on ground but everything is always fast.

A place to pick your jumia order item

I'm here at the office and they have not opened by 9:00am as against 8:00 am opening time. This is the second time I'm experiencing this.

I went in the afternoon, they were a little bit slow in attending to someone, but they attended to me eventually.
