If anyone has something not positive to say about Roban store, it would be with their policy of not opening on Sundays. For me, I don't really mind. Roban store Nnewi is one spot that's okay for you to get all you need. My favourite spot there is where they have all the wines. I almost always meet my favourite red wines there - Four cousins, Fourth Street, Agor sweet red and Aznauri. The section for spirits is always quite loaded too. It's really nice meeting your choice "spirits" everytime there. They have a nice bakery section right in there and I assure you, their snacks are too notch. It's not strange to see people wait for their hot Roban bread. Food is also available but...their food finishes way too fast - maybe a testament to how nice their dishes are. They have a section for wears and you will find the most awesome cloth items there. From top to belts, shoes to canvas etc. It's beautiful to see...maybe a bit priced but beautiful to see. Oh, their scents section is filled. For once, I'm not always scared I'll come and not meet my favourite version of stick roll on. The staff are usually nice and willing to help out. Male and female alike. I thinks it's one spot you can come to get all you would need...even food items, vegetables (foreign) can be found there. You should visit it if you're in Nnewi and need to do some light shopping. For payment, some tills accept only card, some tills accept card/cash and some tills accept only cash - there's always something for you to make payment easy. Yes. That's about it for Roban Store Nnewi. Visit if you can.

Frankly speaking, this is one bomb of a shopping mall. You know what they did, they tried to put everything in one big shop. Yeah, everything! From your everyday provisions, cosmetics, drinks and liquor, household and kitchen stuff, you have enough to buy or feed to your eyes. And just when you think you are done, you come into a huge electricals space. While you are trying to sip that in, a full boutique greets you - clothes, footwear, accessories and all that. Kiddies stuff are not left out. Everything!!! Roban Stores try to stick everything! And there is also a barbing/beauty saloon inside. It was pretty refreshing to have discovered a place like this in Nnewi.

They have everything you'll need in a home. From groceries to stationery to frozen foods. Although they need to work on increasing the payment counters so there won't be alot of queue like they currently have. I noticed a standard barbing salon. Really nice. It'll be nice to have a stand alone restaurant in there. It'll also be nice to have security guards that don't exchange words with customers.

One of a kind shopping mall in Nnewi. Your one-stop place for all household items. Open Mondays to Saturdays, from 8am to 8pm. Peak shopping periods are usually in the evenings from 5pm so if you're looking to do a quick shop and avoid queues, go during morning hours.

It's a rich man's place of shopping.. It's actually a nice place with quality items, but if you are looking for a low cost product, don't go there!

The store has variety of goods and edibles. But the refrigeration system should be improved, bearing in mind the epileptic power supply in Nnewi. The queue at paypoint is also tiring in as much as there are several paypoints available. But quite a good place to shop.

A nice place for shopping with the right prices hopefully they start discounting and then make things a little bit different from other markets they will really stand out of they do that but all over a nice place and the food is good and the bakeries too

If you are in or around Nnewi and looking for a grocery store, Roban stores is highly recommended by me. A to go store for groceries, toiletries with a touch of little of other stuff, clothing, stationaries and more... I can say at the moment Roban is the biggest store of such around Nnewi, quite ok and serving it's purpose to the people including me anytime I am home. They got the beat salad around only that you can hardly meet it. Prices can be a little higher. Good parking space, to an extent courteous staf

Roban stores Nnewi one of the best if not the best! The customer base is increasing every day since it was opened on 15th December 2020. It has seen a tremendous amount of customers because of quality of goods and services at the best prices you can get around.

If there is anything like zero star I will give them. The cashiers are so non-chalant, lazy, bought things and in the whole stores I can't pay with my card. Have no option than to leave them and go after taking my time to shop

Nice environment , well organized but their things are expensive compared to most shopping mall that I have been to.

Just walk in for anything a super store can offer and more.. bakery and so on.. loads of parking space, wheelchair accessible, hair salon, barbing salon, medicals, phones and accessories..etc

Roban stores is well organized, adequately stocked store. Their goods are affordable;staff are polite and I go their to buy delicious bread fresh from the oven.

It's ok but it's not a place I would like to visit if I want to buy something 😩. First of all you can rarely find what you're looking for, secondly I've bought expired cake from the bakery before and the checkout counter always complains of network issues so if you don't have the cash equivalent you might as well go outside to withdraw or just go home

I had a very terrible experience shopping with them.. POS not working most of the time, the cashier/manager I guess has an arrangement with a certain POS lady who sits outside , hoping to reap from the failed cashless system. Whenever her money finishes she goes in to collect from within. Payment takes 45-50mins for bulk purchase.. Awful for a mall as big as that. ... Unfortunately, they do not have competitors so may never improve/change...

Good shopping environment, possibly the best in Nnewi. But customers waiting to pay for items often wait unduly. The management must look into this.

In this modern age, they don’t use POS, and expect you to pay with cash only. You will have to leave the compound to source cash, and if it’s 7 pm+ you may end up not seeing any POS centers open and you will have to leave empty handed.

It's really just okay considering how much Nnewi needed a superstore. I love how to pay attention to stock up on household items. My only issue with them is the long queues and pos issues especially during the weekends and evenings. Overall, I'll give them a 5/5 because they're good.

The arrangement of items in this mall is somewhat confusing. For instance, I wanted Sugar and had to walk through the entire section where it was listed twice but couldn't find it. I went to another section and there it was. There breads are not usually freshly baked, especially the sliced ones.

Very good supermarket. Not always do I find what I want but 8 out of 10 times yes. Their bakery is really good, it would explain why they are always going out of stock

This is a beautiful shopping mall where you can get all sorts of products. The environment is nice though the parking space is not so big. Generally, their services are efficient. Saturday's are very busy here with many people trying to buy things

For a store located in Nnewi, it's a pretty decent place to shop Reasonable prices And you could get most of what you're likely to need for your day to day living

It's a very cool and big mall that is on top of the town. I love 💕 it. I once worked at the mall, I enjoyed the working there.

This is d kind of bag roban (Nnewi) use to put cream for me a cream Worth more than 11k and I even report to there customer care but she did nothing but ignore my request I even explain to her that the bag is too transparent for someone going for Nnewi to Awka must I show the whole world that I purchase my cream she just left me there without attending to me there customer service is very poor....poor very very poor
