I live at that site and I should say that that place is the best roundabout ever there is little traffic to people go buy and sell everything you know that you hardly see traffic there

Its a wonderful block of office apartment. I have interests in the third floor.. Though at the moment, it's all taken up. I now recall that the mini mart at the ground floor recently relocated. Yes, that's up for grabs. Bottom line is: the building is a wonderful place for office activities, well situated at the city centre to give you the required visibility which businesses so earnestly crave and depend upon.

Busy as always with a little traffic...rough motorcyclists so be careful
