Good Customer Services but can be better.

This is a great place to do shopping for household appliances. They have a wide variety of products and brands to pick from. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they offer after sales services. Parking is spacious so you wouldn't have any issues moving large quantities using a truck.

Walked in & went all the way upstairs looking for a gas oven. They had so many idle customer care staff chatting away downstairs and not attending to anyone. I left without a word to any & ended up at Kitchenware on Mummy B Road.

Irritatingly slow customer service. After payment it took close to two hours to get my items packaged and loaded.

I was very impressed with the costumer service, very friendly and transparent.

In the last 9 years, I have bought all my appliances from fouani, TVs, freezers, washing machine, microwave......the only thing that did not live up to expectation was the LG freezer. In 2015 I bought a TV and it got bad within 9 months...took it back and got a brand new one...newer model too. However, I bought a 49" TV in 2018, 2021 lines appear on the screen, tool it to the service center and they are requesting more than I paid for it to repair it. Apparently, this model has a fault with the screen....... You win some...you lose some Overall, I will still buy from fouani.

An electronics shop and authorized distributors of LG, Hisense and a number of other electronics products. You have the sales shop where you can buy almost every electronic equipment you need for your home and then, the adjoining building is the repairs section where you take your equipment under warranty, in the case they go bad before expiry of the warranty, for repairs/replacement. They also repair equipment with expired warranty but this is at a fee. Quite a busy place and the repairs area really looks like a workshop. As at the time of this review, the electronics sales shop is undergoing some form of renovation as you can see scaffolds all around the building with personnel on site.

They have some nice appliances with good warranty

Approach to customers is poor. Also, the time between payment and collection of items is long. It will be beter if the timel is reduced. Keep maintaining your standard. Thank you
