Good hotel with basic amenities, couple friendly tho, two things I was unsatisfied and disgusted was, the location is kinda too inside streets for a short stay, the other one which was not ok was, we could see stains in the quilt and sheets, completely disappointed and disgusted with it. Overall room cleaniness (except sheets) and room services were nice. Friendly staffs, no judgemental looks or questions. Recomending it only if you get a room with good sheets.

I won't recommend anyone this place. Found insects on the floor. Breakfast was very very basic. Was sambhar in a plastic packet. There was no bowl. When requested for bowl, I was told that there were not enough bowls!!!

I have always been a fan of treebo properties and have stayed in quite a few but for the first time I had such a worst experience here. The front desk guy and girl are very rude, impolite and authoritative. They don't understand the customer queries and not at all helpful. Infact some cleaing staff helped us more than them. Rooms are very compact and they denied to upgrade even when availability was there. Breakfast options were very limited and they served the same menu for 4 days of our stay. I would recommend either you don't collaborate with such places or keep a track on their services.

I had booked my room this weekend and we found cockroaches all over the place. On the table, bed and bathroom. We had stayed in nugambakkam branch and it was excellent there. But here it we couldn’t imagine. The staff showed us other rooms also but they also had cockroaches. Also bathroom roofs are in very petty condition. The bathroom closet isn’t cleaned. While searching for other rooms in the hotel which were also in the same condition, some cockroaches got over my wife’s legs and bag. It is pathetic. I couldn’t even stand to take photos there. We left the place and didn’t even stay. Please avoid this property if you want to have a proper holiday. The parking entrance is very narrow and only small hatchbacks can enter. You have be a pro driver to put it in. If you have a big car. You will have to put it out. I haven’t stayed or taken photos. I’m not sure if this review will be here or removed but this is the truth. Management has to take some steps and renovate the whole place.

Reception person was kind and helpfull. Mrng Breakfast came from well quality hotel. But in rooms its was not properly cleaned,All corners and in Bedsheet found dust.

Mr Shubash, has been an excellent host. Ms Saumia & Mr Harish are thoroughly diligent, helpful &’professional. Mr Dhevasigamani has been one of the best ambassador for Upar Hotel hospitality. Not forgetting the gentlemen who deliver breakfast and do the housekeeping tirelessly, with all smiles. I stayed for almost 12 days and are eager to return after my trip .

I would give 5 star but 4 only just because of its location! Not much accessibility for commercial places in this location. The rooms are inside a residential street other than everything is good and perfect. Appreciating the receptionist Sowmiya and the maintenance team for all the help and support they provide.

Room was excellent and structure is also new. Staff behaviour was excellent. Breakfast was good. I loved to stay in these hotel for next time also.

I stayed at Upar hotels before and after a meeting. It has one of the best hotel rooms in Chennai, Thoraipakkam. The friendly staff and quick room service made sure that I could relax after the hectic day.

I have recently stayed in this UPAR Hotel Thoraipakkam. It's a couple friendly hotel with decent staffs. Room service is good , water facility is good , 24/7 Hot water facility, Standard compact room with decent view. One thing they might change that is regarding their breakfast. It's kinda same menu for all the days PPL is staying one or 2 days is fine but PPL are staying little long time they might get bored. Other than that everything is good, I recommend people to choose this hotel if you are planning to stay in thoraipakkam.

Stay was excellent. Also breakfast is also very good with them (it is paid not complimentary). AC , Heaters are working fine. Nyc stay for three days.

The Upar Hotels is one of the best hotels in Chennai, Thoraipakkam, I have been to. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and dining area all looked clean and tidy, and the service was great. I can't think of anything that was missing. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We've stayed there for two days with our family which is so good. Rooms are so neat and clean. And they are providing free breakfast which tastes nice. Coming to the staffs the were so friendly and you can access them anytime! Totally it was a nice stay there! Thank you guys and I'll definitely suggest you all to reach this hotel.

This is best hotel I have ever visited, most importantly neat and clean and the way the hotel management the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained.The location was perfect close to the city centre and attractions.

After arriving there was a double bed rather than 2 single beds , as soon as that was sorted we were escorted to a very basic room , clean and very usable. For the cost we got exactly what we were expecting . No breakfast but that suited us anyway
