The moment you enter the Hotel lobby from the outside heat, it gets you a feeling that you have arrived at the best possible place at a measly budget. But the inside story is completely different to tell. Check in was smooth. The rooms are spacious with a mini fridge, kettle, executive table and the basics. Breakfast spread is decent. But that’s about all that is positive about this place. The electronic door card key always created a problem right from the first time I entered the room. Over the 3 days of my stay I had to either get some else to open the door or get the key reactivated at least 6 times. Room service is lacking terribly. House keeping knocks at 4.30pm for room cleaning. The outdoor swimming pool was fine but there wasn’t a lifeguard around for the mandatory safety. And a couple of roaches in the room reiterate my decision of never coming back to this place.

We had booked a small party hall for a wedding anniversary. The management was very courteous and accomodated to all our requests. They lent us the hall earlier than normal for decor, provided a room for convenience etc., The overall experience was very satisfying. The food in the buffet was delectable except a very few dishes. All our guests let us know the food was good. I would certainly recommend this to others.

Not recommended Only one positive thing about Park Plaza is the breakfast they provide with a variety of dishes. Below are the major issues we faced during our stay. 1. Noisy cot 2. Less maintained toilets and bath towels. 3. Non-stop water from flush unit and no one came to check it even after 30 minutes of complaining to the front desk. 4. Bathroom mats were not given. 5. In one of the rooms we booked, shower was not working at all and they made it working after we checked-in. 6. Location is too far from City and hard to get Uber or Ola and no transport arrangements from hotel except for the Airport pickup and drop. 7. Rooms were not clean at all and one family couldn't sleep for the whole night because of the dust allergy! Even we requested to change the room in the initial check-in time itself and they denied it. 8. Complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee sachets were bot given on the checkout date.

I loved the place for the quiet ambience of the buffet lunch, the excellent spread, especially the starter fish and the fish curry with the buffet. Friendly staff and altogether a very enjoyable experience. My wife and I, we used to have equally enjoyable buffet dinners in the later evenings there

Far from the city, the hotel doesn't look pretty good, the washrooms, specifically the bath zone wasn't clean, the bedsheets n the blankets were dirty with stains on them, poor food quality n limited options but the service is good. The staff is super sweet and hospitable.

Nice hotel, very good value for money. Extremely kind and helpful staff. The Indian buffet dinner is excellent and selected additional dishes are prepared with great taste. The "infrastructure" in the bathroom is in need of a little maintenance.

Amazing Hotel I have ever visited. I had an interview with Indigo. Had a positive vibe throughout. The staff's are good. Mainly the security staffs were so kind and friendly.

Overall nice experience. Service and location is very good. Rooms are just ok. all old kind of furniture and rooms and electrical fittings are coming out. reading lamps and other lamps are just tilting to one end and they are very old.Nearby you have medical stores. as of departmental stores around. it’s on the OMR . and location wise it is very good. The facade of the hotel is very huge snd i liked it. The buffet is good with variety of spreads . overall nice experience.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues, including foggy and dirty windows, stained bedsheets, the absence of hand towels and a hair dryer, a malfunctioning toilet lid, and the unavailability of water in the pool. It is my strong belief that guests should be informed about such shortcomings beforehand, enabling them to make an informed decision about whether to choose this hotel or not. Regrettably, these issues significantly impacted the quality of my two-day vacation with my family. I visited the Bar about a month back. The food and service are excellent. Apart from that I had forgotten my costly ear buds on that day. I visited the reception next day and informed them. By afternoon I got a call that the same in their possession. Mr. Yuwan, who served me at the bar, I don't remember the name exactly, has found the same and kept it safe. That kind of service is exemplary. Besides that, the complimentary snacks and the food is general is quite tasty. The prices too are reasonable. Thank you.

Really great place to stay on OMR. They have a great set of amenities and the place is just so well maintained. The entire staff is extremely hospitable and took great care of us for the 5 days that we were here. The in-house restaurant names Oasis has a great buffet spread for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Specifically, Lakshmi, Santhya and Kartik were great hosts for us at the restaurant. The food as well is simple delicious, kudos to the Chef!! Would definitely recommend this for stay as well as food.

Bathroom tiles were very dirty room had a musty smell. Although swimming pool was well maitained but, could see few guests using the swimming pool with full clothes (trouser and full shirts) on .Even after informing staff, staff was unsuccessful in ensuring that the guest should adhere to proper costume or leave the pool and guets kept using the pool

The rooms are fine, the place is ok. But it's not worthy of the price they charge, there were no towels provided in the room. The room service was just ok, it wasn't that quick. We had an early flight, so we didn't take breakfast though it was included, but there was no compensation given for that.

Food was good. However they have a huge amount of delay when answering calls from the room for in room dining and for laundry. I loved their fish finger and chicken toasted sandwich

I donot know about before as it is a old hotel. I can tell that the now the hotel is not in right hands. There is nothing called taking care of guests. Horrible room and 0 cleanliness. Can someone believe that the housekeeping forgets to change the bedsheet after one guest is gone and also don't keep towels every until you tell them.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning ambience and impeccable customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible, and the amenities, such as the beautiful swimming pool, added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. But the real highlight of my stay was the amazing South Indian breakfast buffet. The spread was simply amazing, with a wide range of delicious dishes that truly captured the essence of South Indian cuisine. From idlis and dosas to sambar and chutneys, every item on the menu was prepared to perfection, and the service was excellent. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. This 5 * Hotel is Nice in it's atmosphere over the entrance with fountain on the entrance. The main attraction here is a Bar near the main door entrance. The staff are polite and calm down to the earth. There are Halls available for mini meetings and parties. I was here for an Interview. It was a huge crowd, But the staff handled the crowd with very much patience, I was amazed to see such patience and understanding. Since it is a Five Star hotel you need not worry about the rooms and the service. Almost Perfect.

I was looking out for a banquet hall with good food options to host a celebration for the naming ceremony for my newborn daughter and came across Park Plaza OMR in Google. I contacted them and in a short notice of one calendar day the people at this Hotel arranged everything for us. The basement hall was provided to us with neat and clean arrangement. We had opted for vegetarian food only. And all my guests were north indians. The menu options given to us was sufficient enough to choose north indian dishes. So all my guests were also impressed with the Park Plaza OMR for the hall arrangements as well as the food they served. They ensured that the food is warm till all our guests were there in the venue. On cleanliness, I would like to mention that the hall, the common area, the toilets everything are maintained well and you won't complain on this. As far as the price is concerned, it was neither costly nor cheaper. But whatever they charge, that is worth it. The only off thing was the taste of cake they gave us. So I would advise to purchase the cake from some better places instead of getting it from this hotel. Also, the manager Mr Karthick, was very helping an he coordinated well with us for all the arrangements. I am really thankful to Mr Karthick and his team for the quick arrangement.

This is a review on the hotel's bar named Winchester. You should go here only if you want to get fleeced. There is no transparency. The menu does not show prices of many imported drinks. Domestic vodka was priced at Rs 500 for 60ml. I thought Absolut would be about Rs 700, but they charged Rs 1000 for 60ml Absolut Vodka. Food is also super expensive. The bar is listed on Dineout passport but they would deny accepting payments from Dineout. Completely disappointing and not worth the money they charge for the drinks and food.

Nice property from Radisson group on OMR IT Expressway. Food is Good. Need to focus on serving them hot and promptly. Staff strength needs to be augmented. Wash rooms need maintenance.

A 5-star hotel where many companies conduct their interviews. Recently there is a walk-in-interview of Indigo Airlines. The staff managed the crowd very properly. The ambiance is mesmerizing. The meeting hall was nice and clean though some lights are not working properly. Apart from that, this hotel is quite amazing.

We had 3 days conference at their premises. We thank you for your entire support and additional service that you had given us from 16 Dec 21 till the end of our last check-out of our booking. We are happy to choose Park Plaza which was a successful one. All the Faculties, Doctors and our guest gave us good feedback about their stay and food that was served during these 3 days. Overall it was Mr. Nishant and team who gave a big hand to make this event successful. In spite of our delay in sharing the required details and last minute changes Mr. Nishant and team handled it in a better way and avoided issues. Our MD was personally satisfied with the service given by your team. Personally I thank the Front desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance team for keeping the rooms ready without any issues. Security desk for allowing us to use the time office for transportation of our materials frequently. Last but not the least, the FnB team, both service and Chef. did a wonderful job. We will plan to do one more event in the near future.

We hosted an event in park plaza omr on 27 Jan 2021. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service rendered. Special mention to Karthik of Park plaza who took care from the day we booked the hall. Food( lunch buffet) was good and yummy friendly. General review to the management of the hotel is pls have a name sign board little bigger on the entrance or top of the hotel.(many guest of us found it hard to locate). The party hall need some interior done, looks old and dull. Linens need to be clean and ironed. Needs improvement.

The place used to be very nice but this time they really disappointed me ,we went there because earlier the food and service was very good but this time both were pathetic.The buffet had very less items and that too we had to ask them to refill,they didnt even bother to provide even water and had to ask 2 times even for that.Most of the items in the menu were not available like non veg soup and non vet main course ,also they had only one dessert instead of 3 that was in the menu.Upon questioning this they served ice cream after making us wait for more than half an hour ,same was the case with the non veg main courses.Overall we felt cheated and we never expected this type experience from a 4star hotel like this.I would not recommend any one to go there from now on.pls save ur money by not going there

Managed by Radisson, we had a Lobby Manager at the point of first contact. He tried so his best always. Had some very good experience in terms of service for the family was sitting in the lobby and upon request, fast delivery of water and other stuff was executed to aplomb. The security was also quite helpful with the parking and guiding us to the exit and subsequently to the OMR since this entry is through the service lane. At a time when we in India, visit the wash room, we are shocked beyond disbelief.... Have we come to a US or EU hotel? The health faucet is abysmally missing. The bobcock to block the faucet was visibly rusty, looking grim and angry. Should be a thought provoking fatal mistake. Imagine, health faucet in US or EU?

Housekeeping, Front desk and the In-room restaurant services were all great. Great location. It's bang on the OMR. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The taps were old and were not in great condition. But we were okay with it. The Coffee we had from the restaurant was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Having said that, we had a tough time with the securities at the gate. We were enquiring them about Basement parking and they could neither understand Tamil nor English and were responding in some language which we do not understand. This happened twice for us - once during check-in and also when we returned back to hotel at night. It took another security person to make the one at the gate understand that we were guests, staying in the hotel and were looking for basement parking. Hope the management looks in to this and makes things easier for the guests at the gate.

It was nice staying here, the rooms were ambient and staff are kind and helps with all our queries. I was not so much into the food, It depends on our taste choices. We need to experiment with different dishes and find which one we like. I would recommend this place for staying.

Five star hotel? Absolutely not. The building is very old, and has not been updated for so long. First off, the outlets weren’t working and the hotel did not have international outlets/adapters. Of the two outlets that worked, one was very loose so my charger kept falling out. The bathroom was simply disgusting. It was pretty much a wet room and not clean. I was horrified when I saw the towels. They did not look clean and looked greyish. I will admit, room service was really good. Breakfast was just okay. Don’t expect options like other 5-star hotels.

Park Plaza Chennai OMR was a wonderful place to stay. We have reserved rooms here for our guests as well. It is close to the beach, so our guests enjoy the beach a lot. Foods are provided here are great as well. We feel that the house staff is very attentive and professional. It is a very clean environment.  The bathrooms are kept very clean and they are clean at regular intervals.  Staff at the help desk is very polite and guides us well in a timely manner. Outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax in peace. Guests are very satisfied with their stay. Thank you

I came for a short trip and stayed at Park Plaza Chennai OMR on 11/04/2022. And My stay was excellent and amazing Staff's. I want to come back to this hotel along with my family and friends for vacation. Pool side view is very pleasant and it is memorable place. Break fast spread is very good and tastey. All the staff's at Oasis restaurant are amazing, what ever you order they bring to your table and serve it. It is a great experience. Room which I stayed was spacious. Front desk check in and check out was superb. The star at reception were very polite. I will give 10 out of 10

The food is amazing here. The staff is polite and helpful. Really comfortable and homely place to stay in. Can also enjoy the evening in the pool surrounding yourself with fresh Breeze. Definitely gonna be staying here on my next visit to Chennai. :)

Had gone for my friend's reception. The food was good and the ambience was pleasant. One thing that I want them to improve is the parking space. It was quite not okay to go in person to park and to climb over the stairs which was too narrow with low ceiling.

My stay in Park Plaza has been amazing, the hospital is wonderful. All the staffs treated me and my colleagues with so much kindness. If only I could prolong my stay here. Will surely love to visit again soon. Especially the chef, he's very friendly and helpful.
