Staff was friendly and efficient, service was quick. This outlet is quite spacious with a lot of seating space on the first floor. Parking space is also quite a lot with some located in front and to the side of the outlet. The toilet located on the first floor was fully functioning and fairly clean. There is a kids mini playground on the top floor, which can make it quite noisy, if you prefer a quiet meal.

We came to dine in (22 dec 2022, around 7pm). Only 1 counter opened and we are the 3rd customer. When it was our turn, only we know they only accept cash payment. The thing is, we are very disappointed that we already queued for a long time and found out only cash payment accepted without any notice for customers. You should at least put small memo at entrance or counter about the payment. The staff not even say sorry for the issue. Bad experience and will not come again.

what a place have mini playground but cannot use. manger/staff refuse open aircond at 1st floor! bad servcs i had ever.

KFC is KFC. Gave 4 stars because tis on the way to KL on the 1hr 15m drive. And we were a bit hungry htting the 12pm time. Not really along the highway but a welcome short detour. Not so crowded (Friday) and with decently clean toilets. With ample parking. There is even a small playground on the 2nd floor. Somehow KFC in Malaysia is crispier and feels a bit less unhealthy. I must have been hungry

Staff is following instructions for the parts of chicken even we need to wait. We don't mind, and we received all the parts that we want. Thank you for your excellent service! 👍

Arrive by 9pm.something. the environment just so-so. Hopefully YOU(as customer) please please please clean your own table after you done! Make it as your habit.. Be good to people and come will come back to you!
