Terrible unprofessional dermatologist, and money greedy. 1) My 5 year old daughter has severe skin allergies when back to Melaka. Went see Dr Subra, gave some typical insect bites excuse though I specifically explained various situations that invalidate bugs bite. Paid $100 and get some useless medicine, and I finally figured out the root cause myself 1 year later which is unrelated to Dr bug bites. 2) We wanted to remove moles for my 2 kids. Told the clerks specifically mole removal for kids, they said come in to consult doctor. Actually doctor was not around, we waited 20 min before even finding this fact out!!! After 30 min waiting, we saw doctor. And he took a quick look at Kidd moles without even touching their skin or use any medical tool. Then said it's his policy not to perform any mole removal on kids 12 years younger! Fine, but when we got out, he charges $45/kid or $90!! If the policy is Never Perform mole removal for kids, then have the clerk Spelled OUT THE POLICY at front door!!! Don't waste my 40min time and $90 to find out your stupid policy!!!

Visited today.. no need to call and fix appointment.walk in .. followed SOP... Will update on the treatment after two weeks..

Rude staff! Answer questions with her grumpy attitude and face! So irritating! You may lose your customer if you continue with this kind of attitude! I dont coming to ask for a medicine for free! I pay for it!

Today I had my first visit to the Clinic and to be very honest, I had the most amazing experience with all the staffs and especially Doctor Punitha. They are very kind and attentive. The doctor ask many questions to help me on my skin and was so sweet and kind towards me. The staff was speaking in such a polite manner towards all the patients there and I will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that is facing skin issues ❤️👏🏻 Thank you Dr Punitha and all the staff there for accommodating me 😍

Been here 2 years ago but still wanted to leave a review because don’t want next person been through like I do. The doctor doesn’t do much. Kita tanya sepatah dia just jawab sepatah. Then I decided to go to one of clinic that have a veteran doctor at Tampin, NS. The doctor described and treated my illness far better than this “KLINIK PAKAR” can do because of his experience.

i knew this clinic had mixed reviews but this is the only clinic that seems reliable in melaka. went there for my prescription, doc wasn’t do much just tengok2 and bagi ubat la thats all. Kinda annoyed bcs i was expecting further explanation la kan. (i’ve consulted aesthetician in Mahkota Hosp before, Mahkota was okay but pricey). And today went again to get new meds, I came late at 4.30 on monday evening bcs i had work AND THE DOC JUST WENT HOME PADAHAL IT SAYS IT CLOSES AT 530pm what even la???? NAK CUTI DAHLAH SUSAH NOW I CURI2 TIME TO GO AND UR DOC WENT HOME ALREADY??? apo such a lousy clinic la yall better go to mahkota la also the cashier tu sombong from my very first appt?? dislike dislike

I've been trying to reach out to the clinic with the phone number provided but none of my calls was answered. The calls later on went straight to mailbox telling that the line was busy. For a good 30 minutes since 2:30 p.m. on a Monday. Simply the worst reception.

i went there to see this Dr. Punitha , she was very attentive and gentle . She asked very detailed history and provides accurate treatment , the skin rash resolved very fast . Thank you very much Dr. Punitha
