I went to this clinic because this is panel clinic of the company that I am working for. Then, the doctor (Jeffri Teh bin Faizal) mocked me saying that I am just troubling the company as I have just worked for 3 days then suddenly become sick. I was really not feeling well. I drive uncontrollably to his clinic and was really having a bad headache. He diagnosed me to have sinus for quite a while already and he stated that I was ignoring it and that's the attitude of Malay people who are waiting for BR1M money. But at the same time, he himself admitted that sinus can come and go. I told him that I thought I had headache because I was too tired as I recently just moved house and lack of sleep. He stated the same thing again "that's the attitude of Malay people who are always waiting for BR1M". If you are reading this Dr Jeffri, I didn't even get BR1M money for about 3 years already and I don't even need the BR1M money as I know that I am not eligible and there is many more people who needs it more than me. Don't just judge me to be financially bad cause I am working in a factory. I can pay back the company for the charges of the medication and I just simply came to your clinic because it is the panel clinic of the company. If I knew your attitude is like that, I won't even go to your clinic.

Management setiously need to look after the hiring of jeffri as medical officer there. Rude and no ethics in dealing with patient. expelling patient with sickness is the worse things a dr can do. went to this clinic since no one is there, hope to get fast treatment, but very dissapointed with how dr treat the patient. Either fire this Jeffri or close the clinic. Don't trouble other people especially sick people want to get treatment.

Dr. Teh, you are the worst Doctor I've ever seen!! I believe, Patient came to receive treatment and advice! But with you, Patient will get more worst disease and upset.! Your conversation is too slow, Patient do not know what is you talking about.! You also have problems with your hearing! (May be cos of your age - >60?) Seriously! How came you can be a doctor if u have hearing problem? Patient try to inform and explain to you our problems, but you dont want to hear. We pay for every single cent for get better treatment, but we pay for nothing. You are not eligible to check a patient if you have such illness yourself. My advice another patient, if it comes to get medication, Make sure it's not a Dr Teh in duty. If not, either you get wrong medicine or you pay for nothing!! Believe me!!

DONT EVER COME HERE..The malay doctor who treated me is the worst one I could ask for. Simply diagnosed me with rhinitis when i went there for sore throat and he even dare to mention that those doctors who treated me earlier are not capable enough to find it out and he also promote their expensive medication in attempt do sales over my confused situation. However, when I request the doctor to give me a written referral letter so that I can check with my panel hospital at kl for confirmation. He refused to do so and said " do you think I have plenty of time to write you a referral letter when you refuse to believe my diagnosis"

The old doctor there is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. He sits and lectures you and accuses you of lying about your flu, uses an ancient way of checking your temperature with a themometer that has been sitting in a glass of water that he shoves in your mouth (very unsanitary), and can't hear a word you say. He really should not be practicing medicine. Please save your money and go to a more qualified practitioner.

Dr. Teh is the worst drone I've ever seen. I will make a complaint to my company panel so that it will no longer make this Kelinik Ayer as a company panel. Hopefully this Clinic gets a complete lesson on what he does to his patients.

Save yourself the time and money. Would not recommend anyone here. The doctor my sister was consulted by is a racist and said that Chinese are more prone to get allergies from air pollution. Lol what? Absolutely atrocious mentality and services. On top of that, they charged over RM100 for just cough syrup which tasted like Hurix’s syrup. Sweet AF and ineffective. Hope these doctors retire and save us all the trouble.

Dr Jeff and Dr Ana have both treated me throughout the last 5 years. They are both excellent and professional doctors who treat their patients with patience and high profesionalisme. I have undergone treatment for anxiety and thanks to Dr Jeff's treatment, advice and medication, I have recovered. I would recommend that patients go to Klinik Ayer Keroh as the doctors there are thorough in checking the patients and dispense good advice and proper medication which is critical towards recovery.

Would like to preface that the lady doctor was very professional and diagnosed symptoms very accurately. However, regret that she is only available in the evening (should be 3 pm onwards). Nurses were wonderful and very helpful as well. The male doctor, Dr Jeffri, however, was very unprofessional in dispensing medical advice, extending the consultation session unnecessarily while the patient was still in pain. Despite tests clearly showing that the patient is still sick, the doctor refused to swiftly do the necessary checks but preferred to ‘verbally treat’ the situation instead. His demeanor left much to be desired and refused to correct himself when he proved himself wrong. Would caution against his services, and if required, be prepared for a lengthy and insulting consultation session which you will be paying for.
