Jim rose International hotel is a simple but secured hotel and suit in Azare area of Bauchi State. I personally lodged in the hotel for couple of days and I can tell for a fact that the reception is quite commendable Although the hotel is abit off the major road, it’s still have quick access root to the road, vehicles always stay close to the gate to collect people going to town from the hotel

Not so good but fairly manageable. There's a restaurant and some semblance of security.

Its a nice place to be. So ventilated and spaced.

The location is good and it's not expensive

If you are planning a family vacation; this is not the place. However as a one night, lost in a strange city sort of way, it works. Running water, TV's from the 90s then power is provided from 7pm to 6am. Oh don't forget the sketchy furniture. All in all it works for what it is. At 5-7 k a night.

Nice place. Its a moderate hotel. With 3k you're good to go. They have rooms for every classes, The choice is yours....

The location of the hotel is good, services rendered good but the facility is not in a good state.

Quite serene, neat, has a restaurant and spacy. Well managed.

That is the dirtiest, unhygienic accommodation I have ever seen. First of all the cottons in the room are extremely dirty like they have not been wash in years, then the wall is so dirty that can make one throw up out of disgust. There are rats in there room and the fan makes sound that I almost think it would fall on my head. Honestly that place doesn’t deserve rating and a lot of work need to be done.

The hotel is local and not really hygienic.
