The car came with winter tires and a 1 year warranty. They took care of the inspection. Definitely made it easy!

I found my car in the K-Town store and Matt was great through the test drive and financing process. I was based in Stuttgart and he arranged to have the car brought down to the Stuttgart Motorworld location while I was in processing and getting the registration. From there Jodie was absolutely incredible getting all of the paperwork ready and working with me to get the registration and get me driving! Probably the best cay buying experience I have ever had! Thanks to the Ramstein Used Car team for making this such an amazing experience.

Jodie and Jeff went above and beyond to get us into our new car before our first son was born, and we were picky. But they searched high and low for that perfect car for us. Even after the sale was completed the outstanding service continued when we had to bring the car to a shop for a minor issue which was quickly fixed and taken care off by the warranty. Jodie is the best! This process of buying a vehicle was the easiest thing in the world. I emailed them that we were looking for a minivan and to keep us in mind (as a shot in the dark). Sure enough like 2-3 weeks later I get a message from Jodie saying she has one for us if we want to see before they post it for sale. The best way to go in my opinion. Paperwork is done for you, tax free, literally a smooth transition of buyer/seller. Highly recommend!

Because the vehicle I selected was in Kaiserslautern, she literally spent an evening picking up the vehicle to ensure I received it on time to meet my needs. I got a job in Stuttgart, but did not want to move my car from the states with me, so, in my online searching, I found Ramstein Used Cars website. I reached out to inquire about any guidance and preparation I may need, and Jodie was absolutely fantastic! She told me about options for an auto loan, insurance, and even the site to study for getting a German driver's license. She was very communicative throughout, and upon my arrival in county, she coordinated all of the paperwork (or let me know what I needed to do to have it flow smoothly). She even came to pick me up, since I didn't have a car yet. It was first class service all around, and I am very happy with the vehicle I got, too. I highly recommend Ramstein Used Cars!

I believe this was the easiest experience I ever had with a dealer. I didn’t buy a car from them but I sold them one. Even with a lien on the car Jodie Stevens walked me through the whole step by step process. Gladly everything went great. Payment made it to my bank in three business days. They have a system that works and they seem to be so experienced, Jodie you were great!!!! I recommend this dealer to anyone trying to sell their car.

Very disappointed in their customer service! Of course everything is great when you are buying the car, and they will tell you whatever they need to. However, when we had issues and needed the warranty that’s where they went downhill. They had our car for over a week, knew what was wrong with it, however decided they needed a second opinion and had it towed to Ramstein. We contacted the dealership in Stuttgart before it was towed to try and get answers as we we were hearing crickets from Jodie by this time, although the dealership alerted her and she then sent an email asking us not to speak with them?? The car was towed that day. The whole thing seemed pretty shady. We ended up talking to the mechanic here, because now we lost all trust in this company. And in spite of asking numerous times about getting a rental they continued to make excuses and brush us off. We did get our car back 11 days later, and 130 added miles because they thought it was acceptable to drive it here from Ramstein. The car ended up being covered under warranty, but they did try their hardest to get out of it! Buyer beware!
