👍 Great, a visit to the USA on German soil. Unfortunately, Germans are not allowed to buy anything. But typical American food is also cool. E.g. Philly cheese steaks. Everyone is very friendly! People often mention items, American, court,

Here the fashion conscious lady can find various options to wrap herself in the red-white-and-blue while the Supreme Court takes away her basic human rights third world style.

If you're coming from Ramstein, it's a joke. If you're coming from Garmisch, it's amazing. Basically, it's what you make it.

Everything was dirty. The bathrooms and the food court were so dirty. The food was bad and it was just all-around bad. Maybe we are just spoiled with better BX/PX in other places.

Not the biggest PX but I found what I needed. The selection was good but it could be better laid out. I'd like to see more outdoor items including BBQ products including charcoal for year round grilling.

They need adult staff that cares. The kids are not trained in customer service and its just a job to the Gen Z crowd. The food selections need to be better. Pizza hut is played out. Sehne needs to go and the German food trucks need to serve Brats instead of Turkish and Greek food all the time. The other food trucks serving German food advertised as American food need to stop as well. Also the hamburgers sold by those trucks are disgusting and taste like hockey pucks.

I think the food court in the Panzer Main PX serves its purpose very well. It’s almost always busy.

Only because I’m Air Force Base Exchange bias.. Panzer Exchange didn’t get 5 stars. I know it’s petty but the military community knows what I mean.

The exchange is just like any exchange on any military base and like many exchanges has local products and even a few local vendors. The one vendor that I think had the most "German" type things was just outside of the main area and sold things such as fancy beer steins and cuckoo clocks. The clocks had pretty fancy prices on them too but when you consider they are fully mechanical and handmade I think the prices were quite reasonable. There were of course steins and clocks in the exchange proper as well. The exchange also had some more traditional knick knacks for tourists such as tshirts and keychains.

When it comes to shopping for clothes getting the right size is hit or miss. They don’t have a lot of winter clothing for men, and the casual clothes are comparable to Walmart. Generally in the TV section it always says out of stock on the display models.

The Exchange would be much better if it stayed open later...the employees are very nice though! The food court is OFTEN out of fountain drinks and ice. The food is just not the same there. I know there are several reasons for this, but it's disappointing when you want a taste of home

We like the PX because is not too big but has most the essentials ...not so busy like Rammstein

Clean and the different stores were a nice variety. Limited to those that have access to the base which helps keep it a bit cleaner.

Not a huge PX but they have the staples that any PX has. Some normal American food spots as well as a more regional one. There is a Christmas ornament store that's good for gifts and a few vendors that are there that will do coocoo clocks and more regional appropriate foods and items. The PX itself isn't special but they do have mostly what you may need

Everything you need, but for military the uniform shop definitely needs more space and more stuff.

Would really like to see it... but I am not entitled to access... :-(

  • 5/5 Capricon S. 4 months ago on Google
A variety of food to get in the food court and plenty of things to get for the Christmas season as decor or even as gifts. The main area has pretty much what you are wanting besides food unless you want chips or candy.

Many cosmetic articles are already expired. I wish I knew beforehand. I noticed it smelled rancid after i paid 8 Dollar (!) for it and checked the date - expired in October already. Also Lipsticks etc are already dried out cause they're old and gone bad. Very expensive and lots of stuff that needs to either be on sale or go into the bin! :(

Never had a problem finding what I needed. The staff is courteous however you can tell they may need to hire additional staff. Overall my experience was pleasant.

2022 Jan 17 mlk day no holiday hours posted. Closed despite it saying open online. No time posted when it will open just "open when we can" this is what happens when you rely on teenagers for the bulk of your labor and effenciency.

Nice PX but nowhere near the stateside or overseas PXs in Korea and Japan when it comes to selection.

  • 4/5 Marshall W. 2 years ago on Google
Good size PX. Most of your essential needs can be met here. Good food court there. Charley's, Popeyes, Burger King, Pizza Hut, and a local chain. There is also Dunkin Donuts and a lot of vendors inside. Food trucks also are outside and it changes weekly.

Not the best bx in Germany but it is decently sized. This BX have what the majority will need.

Called asking for a bicycle, of which there are two models. I asked very specificly if they had the model i wanted in stock and was told yes. I got the impression that the guy on the phone was getting exasperated with my clarification about the two models and was just telling me what i wanted to hear to get me off the phone. Got to the store via bus to buy it only to find out they did not have the model i wanted, only the other one. Talked with customer service to see if they had any and they said they did not carry that model.

Visited to purchase a PC for pickup at Graf. The staff and I learned the process in-real-time together. Clearly they are undermanned but, doing their best. I walked out with all the information needed to purchase the item online to have it available at Graf. Associates get 4 stars for effort but, minus one star for being familiar with such policies beforehand.

Way cool place. Tons of interesting vendors, lots of yummy food choices. And a very clean bathroom system, really amazed this American.

  • 4/5 Lilith K. 1 year ago on Google
It has basic necessities and some restaurants. It is often out of popular items, and if you live out in town, some of the powered items aren't compatible. The restaurants are all standard. The seasonal shops outside of the exchange are pretty neat if you're stuck on base.

Great PX where you can find most of your needs and gifts. Different vendors every week. Foodcourt.

Good but lacking variety in some places.
