This is coming from a first business trip experience and the price paid was around $150/night. Growing up from a poor family and can survive/adapt to any condition/environment but I gotta say this is the worst hotel ever. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere, or consider this one as the last option, and thank me later. There are just way TOOOO many cons that I don't bother listing them all here. The 2 biggest ones are the staff and the bathroom. You can't find any smaller shower in the entire world....

I wanted to book a room in this hotel but at the end it did not work as the owner was very unpleasant. First, the email exchange was a bit strange - sometimes the answers were not even in full sentences, with no greeting or signature. Then I was asked to send a full copy of my credit card per email. When I spoke to the owner and asked if there was an alternative way of payment online or upon arrival (as I did not feel too comfortable sharing this kind of information per email), he went extremely rude, saying that he did not want in his hotel guests who would express any concerns like this... I have never experienced this kind of customer service anywhere else in the world.

Nice hotel in silent area. Good wifi, very clean. Friendly and funny staff. Great breakfast. Fair price.

This is a relatively nice hotel in a somewhat undesirable location. The staff was very attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the complementary bottles of red wine and mineral water were excellent touches. Most of the rooms in Stuttgart were booked and so I found this place. I really can't complain about the building or staff at all, it's just that its not in the nicest area of Stuttgart. Would give it five stars otherwise.

Due to some Automotive conference in Stuttgart, this was the only "affordable" option. $200+ per night. No restaurant, no laundry and in the middle of a very industrial area. The bed is comfortable 😁. Just be aware that this is not a full service hotel before you book.

Clean and quiet rooms with a delicious German breakfast.

PROS: Modern furniture Space Quite Nice Staff CONS: Matress really bad, like butter Pilow the same Room dark curtins pass many of the light, so at 6:30 it was quite bright on the room Shower in the morning was an adventure, very low water flow, and with temperature changes quite often even with Termostatic Tap Shower tube crossing 1/3 of shower space from one side to the other. You will be always bumpimg to the pipe and to the shower curtins Heating in the first room (103) was malfunction and kept turning off even with dial on 4 and 5, I would get out of the bed in the morning with the room cold. Stayed there four nights and couldn't get a night rest, sleep proper and had a proper shower. Breakfast never had there, but by the looks wasn't any special for 9€. Final verdict: Will never stay there again

Really nice and friendly hotel at the given price. It is not a fancy hotel but clean room and accessiblity makes up for the missing factors. 10 EUR for breakfast is a bit too pricey on the other hand Böblingen is really expensive on the whole.

Clean, functional hotel about 15 minutes by feet from the train station. The owner is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. A good choice if you have business in the area.

Good enough to get by a night

A very shabby and dirty dormitory like place in am industrial area. There is no receptionist available and they charge 150 euro if one loses the key card. I will never book this place again.
