👍👍 Very tasty jerked chicken. The owner is very open and friendly, which makes the food taste even better. I would love to come here again to try a different dish. The ginger beer with ginger flavor is particularly recommended as a drink. People often mention chicken, good, Patrick, Jamaican, time, jerk, Stuttgart, orders, great, person,

Ate here on a Saturday. We had the jerk chicken and fried chicken. Delicious! The fiesta bread and plantains were so good we got extra portions to take with us :) Place is cozy, but there’s enough space to sit and eat. Was a little difficult to find parking, but still absolutely worth the trouble.

The food was great, the atmosphere was nice for a snack. In terms of price, the snack bar is at a high level, but this is justified given the good quality of the ingredients - which I assume given the price (around 13.50 for the jerk chicken). The service was okay, I would have liked it to be a little more friendly. When you visit, please note that the owner does not speak German (that wasn't a problem for me). Please don't be put off by the disposable tableware in the photo: when eating on site there are usually dishes, but on the day of my visit the dishwasher was broken.

We came to Stuttgart from Basel on a Saturday and were not disappointed. The atmosphere is a little piece of Jamaica, Patrick cooks very authentically and deliciously and is a great host. We had oxtail and jerk chicken, both were fantastic. The side dishes - Rice and Peas and Festival - also tasted very good. We were very full for a long time from the large portions and found the prices to be okay. Thank you, dear Patrick. We would be happy to recommend you.

Really nice place with excellent jamaican food. I personally can recommend the PFC, IT comes with some delicious red-bean rice, fried banana slices, some vegetables and a good portion of crispy fried chicken. Not to forget that, Patrick of course is just the best with good vibes only. Will definitely get here again.

Patrick is the most honorable man, treats everyone like his brother, makes fresh, good food and is in a good mood. With Patrick it feels like Jamaica, even though I've never been there. The price is justified.

Best combination- Patrick is so kind and THE BEST cook. The picture is 3 minutes after I walked in the door and my teenage son saw I had Patrick’s Jerk chicken. Perfect blend of spicy and sweet. I like supporting local - especially as much hard work as Patrick puts into making this Imbiss a success during Covid times.

The menu was an enticing medley of traditional Jamaican dishes, each showcasing the rich tapestry of flavors that make this island's cuisine so beloved worldwide. To start the feast, I ordered the classic Jamaican appetizer, "Jerk Chicken Wings." The first bite sent a burst of flavors dancing on my palate – the perfect blend of spices and smokiness, tender meat that nearly fell off the bone, and a hint of fruity sweetness that left me craving more.

Patrick man! What a place, I love to get this out of the way. MUST VISIT! It's the only Jamaican place in town I believe and my first time eating Jamaican food and by God this was amazing. Got the jerk chicken which like THE Jamaican traditional dish and it was exhilarating. chicken was juicy as hell, rice was tasty, the sauce was bomb I can't even explain it. The bananas are a really good addition. Very well balanced meal especially for the price.

It was my first visit at Patrick's and definitely not the last one! The atmosphere of the place is great and the food delicious and authentic! The choice of dishes is very interesting, you won't find it anywhere else. Big plus for the fried plantain. I went there during lunch break and unfortunately I had to wait a bit but it was definitely worth it.

Food is good, but the portions sizes have been reduced significantly. The biggest issue at Patrick's which keeps us from going more than once every 4 months is how inefficient they are. Only one person puts together each meal rather than someone doing the protein and another doing the sides that one person also takes orders so no meals are being put together while anyone is ordering. My office went there a few months ago shortly after opening time and we were fourth in the queue. It took over an hour to order our food and while we waited anyone who ordered via door dash or via phone went straight to the front of the line and none of their food was prepared before they showed up. We could have ordered food from door dash while standing in the queue and have received our food in half the time or less. If Patrick's was more efficient they could serve double or tripple the number of meals in the same amount of time and if people didn't have to wait in the queue so long more people would get food from there. Move the food warmer away from the window so it's not blocking the window. I would get another one that's longer and not as deep so two people could access it at the same time which would get food out of the window in the same amount of time. I would get take away containers that are bigger so you don't have to chop the chicken saving you time. If one person did the proteins and another did the sides it should double the amount of food you could serve at one time. Especially if those two people only prep'd food rather that one person taking orders, handling food and being the expediter. Instead of the same person taking orders, preparing and packing food another person should just handle ordering, telling people which order to be started and operating the Point of Sale (PoS) system that displays the orders on a display that people preparing the food can see or on printed tickets. That would allow you to get more food out of the window. If you assigned another person to just do take-away orders and gave them access to a different food warmer they could put together phone orders and door dash orders reducing the number of orders that jump in front of people who are standing in the queue at your door. Though with the previously mentioned time savings you might not need a separate person doing take-away orders.

Very good food, but the menu is short. I was expecting to see curry chicken, beef Patty, and coco bread. My jerk chicken was good, but plantains weren’t sweet. I feel that the jerk should’ve been a dry rub, and smoked. Overall great food. I’m going to continue ordering from here, because I’m a foodie, and don’t have a kitchen at this time.

Patrick is the best!!! You'll not find such Home-made food in Stuttgart or nearby. Big quantity, really good price and tasty. Definitely 100% worthy!!!

So good! Some of the best food we've had in Stuttgart and some of the best Jamaican food I've ever had. Big portions, well spiced. Jerk chicken was great. The tricky part is how tiny the place is. We went in December and all the seats were taken so we ended up eating in our car parked nearby (parking isn't easy to find either, just FYI). The food was 100% worth it though so I would definitely come back.

It was just amazing. Can't say anything different. It was my first time eating Jamaican food and I was blown away. The BBQ Spare Ribs melted in my mouth and the sauce was genius. The Jerk Chicken was great and Patrick himself makes the whole stay even better. A humorous guy with a great music taste. Definitely worth every cent

Gorgeous, authentic and plentiful portions of food. Heartbroken that it’s closing down at the end of August.

Patrick’s is truly a special place that focuses on the food! The owner is always in a good mood, dancing as he serves the food and it never disappoints. Authentic Jamaican food prepared the way it’s supposed to be. Highly recommend if you visit Stuttgart. A must visit!

Some of the best oxtails I've had anywhere! Slightly spicy yet meaty and succulent. The rice and peas had a flavor I've never had before in Jamaican food, and it rounded out the meal nicely. Highly recommended, and I'll be back next trip...

I went on a Saturday with my husband. We saw the open sign at 11:30AM, so we decided to walk in. You can't miss this small place (almost like a shack) because of its bright colors. We were the only ones there (of course, it was quite early). Due to fasting, we were ordering food for dinner. My husband ordered the jerk chicken, and I ordered the fish, which seemed to be a Saturday special. It looks like they have a special dish each day. They take credit card. There is space to sit indoors, but it is not an abundance of seating. We parked on the street. Later that night, we were able to reheat our food in the oven in the to-go foil containers. The food was plentiful! This was my first time trying Jamaican food, and, I have to say, this was the most flavorful food I have had in Stuttgart. It was definitely very flavorful and a little spicy. The only issue for me was that the fish had A LOT of bones. It was not fun trying to get through the bones. The fish was mixed with okra, carrots, and onions and everything was marinated with flavor. It also came with a side of rice, plantains, and (salad?) cabbage/sliced carrots, which were ok. My husband seemed to enjoy the jerk chicken, but not sure how good it was compared to other ones he has had. Overall, a pretty cool place with flavorful food. Was so hungry by dinner that we forgot to take pics. If I were to be in the area again, then I might stop by (depending on what's on the menu-- seafood).

I've had better Jamaican food before but this is probably one of the more tastier places in Stuttgart. Stuttgart food struggles with putting spices on their food, Patrick's shop doesn't. I got the jerk chicken and my wife got the fish curry. The jerk chicken was food but I think it could have used a little more sauce/taste. The fish curry is served in a brown sauce and was pretty tasty. If you're looking for good food in Stuttgart, I recommend coming here.

Best Jamaican Food you can get. Everything I tasted until now was absolutely delicous. Patrick is a superb Host, always smiling and in a good mood. Everything is very authentic and you'll always 2-3 different meals. Basically everyday there is Fried chicken and Jerk chicken and one additional Jamaican Meal. If you want a short vacation from your day to day, it's the place to come.
