The food is lacking salt and some flavour. The chicken was good. Everything else was not very good. Then when the bill came they tried to charge us double the price of what it cost for locals. When we told them it was wrong our bill went from $17 to $8 which was more reasonable

They are thiefs. They are cheating you with the price. Don’t come here. They serve different food, even very late, they charge you more.

Good food, big quantities, and very good views. Close to Baalbek fortress. Service can be improved (servers seemed new). Overall, the spot is one of the best you can find in the surrounding area.

Avoid this place please. It's shabby, but is placed good. And has a terrible service. T.e.r.r.i.b.l.e. Long story short. They have an online menu instead of a printed one. Only two tables taken, but the order arrives to our table in 45 minutes or so. Instead of 3 dishes ordered we get only 2 - one was forgotten. Another 45 minutes later they bring the third - and it is completely different from what was shown on the online menu photo. Different ingredients, different cooking. No explanations. Along comes the manager and tells us she's sorry and that we shouldn't pay and that we may go. We go. Along comes some brute and tells us we must pay. We try to pay. But the bill is too high; obviously, they consider it unsportsmanlike not to try and trick us. The bill is corrected. We pay. And leave for good. Seriously, avoid it :)
