wanted
to
write
a
quick
review
after
spending
two
weeks
at
Shahda
Yoga.
I
was
a
bit
hesitant
to
book
a
week
long
retreat
during
these
COVID
transition
times,
but
it
was
a
great
choice.
So
great,
I
extended
for
another
week.
yoga:
I
didnt
know
what
to
expect
because
the
website
mentioned
using
blocks,
which
I
don't
usually
use
in
my
practice,
and
it
wasn't
a
classic
vinyasa
or
ashtanga
class.
Long
story
short:
the
classes
are
amazing.
Its
hard
to
describe,
its
not
a
typical
flow
class,
its
very
physically
challenging
and
Era,
the
teacher,
is
amazing.
She
cares
about
her
students
so
much
and
tweaks
every
class
to
ensure
you
get
the
most
out
of
it
(the
classes
are
kind
of
like
workshops,
especially
when
you
do
the
full
retreat).
I
greatly
improved
my
technique
during
my
time
working
with
Era,
she
has
this
amazing
ability
to
study
your
anatomy
and
movements
and
provide
tips
and
tricks
to
improve
your
practice.
I
have
already
incorporated
alot
of
these
tips
and
tricks
into
my
routine.
This
is
truly
world
class
instruction.
food:
super
good
and
healthy.
you
get
to
order
off
the
cafe
menu,
there
are
tons
of
options.
lodging:
nice
room,
good
aircon,
good
wifi.
no
complaints.
the
resort
is
walking
distance
to
a
nice
beach,
lots
of
great
restaurants,
coffee
shops..
everything
is
right
there.
value:
amazing
value.
As
mentioned,
this
is
world
class
yoga
instruction
by
a
teacher
who
really
cares
about
your
development
and
personalizes
your
week
of
classes
(12
in
all)
to
help
you
improve
your
practice,
along
with
great
food
and
a
nice
place
to
stay.
can't
beat
it!
