Would actually be a four and half star review however I feel it is fairer to round up rather than round down. Only fault was they gave us our food at different times so we didn't actually dine together at the same time only a minor fault. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Food always appears to be fresh and hot. Plenty of seating indoors with a helpful hand washing area so you can clean your hands easily after dining. The dessert counter is located separately from the main ordering area so is helpful on hot days when you just want to quickly grab a ice cream to help you cool down.

Slightly different to western KFC, but OK! Soft ice cream cone is a good deal!

Large kfc , quite enough space to dine in , inside lotus mall … however when you take meals for two adults and 3 kids and not exaggerating … still spending similar to outside restaurant whilst still in fast food

The manager is very friendly and helpful with our order. She was customer service oriented and made our visit a good one

J’avais peur en voyant certains avis mais l’endroit est très propre, le service rapide, la nourriture très bonne (attention, le plat avec le riz contient de la coriandre). Le staff est très efficace malgré le fait que nous ne parlons pas la même langue, il n’y a pas fe borne.

The chicken was dry and not juicy at all last order and we ordered big Jujai basket… came home to eat and were very disappointed as it was hard, dry and not delicious. We usually order KFC from Lotus but this time I am not where to buy it from as quality is getting worse.
