Very good doctor with friendly staff. I can only recommend the practice to you if you are not well. I had a bacterial infection in my ear and was treated very well. Swabs were also sent to the lab so medications could be adjusted for me. The price was very good for the good treatment and lab reports. After the findings were evaluated, the practice even wrote to me about the best medication I should still buy. Thank you!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care at UMC during our vacation here. The facility was clean and had ample parking, and the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. They provided excellent treatment to my parents, who were injured, and made them feel safe and comfortable during their first medical experience abroad. My parents have been raving about the friendly staff compared to what they are used to back home in Europe. We visited the center three times and were consistently pleased with the service and the reasonable pricing. I highly recommend UMC :)

This office is amazing and I had a really great experience here. The staff is a coherent group of lovely women that work really well together. They offered me care promptly and at a decent price for a burn wound that I got from a motorbike exhaust on my ankle. I was skeptical at first because I went to a different doctor on the island, who initially started to peel off my skin without numbing medicine. If you have a high pain tolerance, and you are on a tight budget, you can probably tolerate. His name was Dr. T. I looked for a different care facility and found UMC. The staff/doctors greeted me with compassion and offered there services at my own time and when I was feeling ready. I went back the next day and continued my care with them even though it was more expensive than the original doctor, for me, it felt really worth it. I would highly recommend this place —grateful it exists and to have found it.

Very reasonably priced & speak English. Me & my girlfriend fell and the nurses/doctor were absolutely fantastic- noticeably better than the UK. We went to other hospitals in Thailand & Vietnam and these people stood out so much - very talented and speak great English. Overwhelmingly kind people (even gave us a lift home once and stayed 4hrs after close) who give you contact details to message them afterwards if you need any advice in future.

I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic and the doctor and nurses who helped me there. I am so grateful to have had their care and compassion and felt in such good hands for the entire 6 days of treatment for a silly toe infection. Highly recommend. I always experience the team at UMC as very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable, better than any other hospital on Koh Phangan and even with better prices. I first visited them in spring 2021 after two local private hospitals were not able to help me properly, but the very kind doctor and nurse at UMC could. Later I messaged them with several health questions and they always gave me very competent advice, even free of charge. At a recent visit they also helped me with a Mor Prom app problem, again free of charge. When you visit them in Haad Rin, please make sure that you don't end up at the wrong clinic by mistake, there is another small one nearby with a different name. Look for the big UMC sign! And when you are happy with their services, please give them a generous tip, they really deserve it and will be very happy about it.

If you ever need any medical care while staying in koh panghan this is the place you should go to. I came there after I had a motorbike accident with several injuries. I received the best treatment I could ask for by the team of ANGELS that work there. They made me feel safe and calm even when I went through some of the worst pain I've ever felt. They are very gentle, polite, welcoming and caring to who ever comes there for any treatment, and the clinic is very clean. Thank you so much for everything, you made my recovery a lot easier than i expected.

Excellent doctor, facility and service. Better than most American clinics I've visited, and much less expensive. Clean, professional, knowledgeable and they clearly cared (unlike another clinic I visited nearby). Office opens at 9am but doctor arrives at 10am.

The best medical experience I've had, anywhere, ever. I arrived with my partner, who had Dengue Fever. Within 2 mins of entering, they were testing his blood pressure, we then went straight in to see the nurse and were in front of a Doctor with in 5-10 minutes. They were very transparent with pricing, and everything was very reasonably priced. Everyone is kind and speaks English. When we had to stay for a for a few hours to get an IV, they offered us free lunch. And when we had to transfer to the hospital, they offered to drive us back to our accommodation to pick up our things. The only downside is that they are not a hospital. So, if you require overnight observation or emergency care, you need to go to a hospital. That said, I'm definitely glad we started here and didn't go straight to the hospital, which was a less pleasant experience and WAY more expensive.

I am so glad to have been treated here. They are a small clinic on Sirathanu area, but clean and well organized , with professional, caring and very really nice staff. I feel safer having they around. The doctor is competent and takes care of you without rush . I can highly recommend.

I developed a staph infection and this medical center has been so amazing and the level of care is the best I’ve had anywhere. I’ve had to go for the past week and everyday I get seen to immediately. The staff are very polite and professional and you can tell they really care about what they do.

I fell off my moped in Koh Phangan and went to UMC. I don’t normally leave reviews but this clinic was amazing. They saw me straight away with no wait time and all the ladies who looked after me were so lovely and did an amazing job at cleaning my grazes and giving me stitches. They really were amazing the service was perfect!

Absolutely incredible clinic. I had 2 surgeries in the last 7 months both which resulted in some intense infections. This clinic got me healed right up and treated the situation very seriously and delicately. Such kind humans! Highly recommend!!!!!

Even though their PCR Tests are a bit more expensive, it's the best spot on the island to get them. Extremely good service, trustworthy, quick, nice, ... Didn't have any accidents or whatever, but communication and everything was amazing.

Excellent service. The prices are good, many packages to choose from for blood tests. The staff are very nice and accomodating to your requests. Everything was explained very well in excellent English and the blood was withdrawn so carefully that I didn't feel anything. I got the results very quickly and received explanation and advice by email.

Cannot recommend enough! Had burnt my leg quite badly and it got infected. Was very quickly and effectively treated with antibiotics and wrapped up. Staff very helpful, great English and also not at all expensive. Go here if you are having health worries when on Phangan!

Very friendly and good service. There was a pediatric surgeon there. Our baby "just" had a fever, but she checked the basics, was very caring and gave good advice. Staff speaks good English.

A wonderful medical facility in a convenient location with professional, understanding and very helpful staff. They are currently half way through healing my bike crash wounds and I know I’m in the best of hands - It’s also a pleasure seeing them everyday! Can very much reccomend this clinic. Small and competent, i got way better treatment after days of feeling bad, because the other Doctor i went to barely checked my symptoms. Turns out: covid. Got proper IV, Vitamine drop and meds and full blood tests. Really glad I decided to go for second opinion at UMC!

I thought the good reviews were fake at first but then I went to the UMC because of an infected mosquito bite and was perfectly taken care of. The whole team was super professional and i say that beimg a medical assistant myself, spoke english very well and explained to me every part of the procedures and test results transparently and with great empathy. After the first western hospital had diagnosed me incorrectly, they did every test necessary to find out what i had when i got a fever and exclude other possible problems and therefore found that i had Dengue fever early enough for me to start my recovery. All this while charging totally acceptable prices with whole consultation and blood tests cheaper than the (wrong) consultation only at another hospital. I wish the team all the best and understand the other good reviews now!

My 5 year old son had a slip on some gravel. He had a stone stuck in his leg down to the bone and was badly cut. We brought him to United medical - the care and treatment he received was second to none. All of the staff are so kind, professional and gentle. The nurses and doctors speak perfect English and explain everything very clearly. Not only that, the way they cleaned and stitched his wound with the utmost attention to detail has saved him from having an extremely bad scar on his leg. They tidied everything up and stitched it in a way that will leave him with a very clean straight line. We are so grateful and appreciative to the staff here for their kindness and professionalism.
