We had a bad experience with missing our 13weeks scan due to the miss management of appointment and sickness from both side. And the communication was not so nice. When you book for an appointment, they also don't give an early appointment to have buffer to handle the last minute sickness of staff.

Great 13, 15 and 19 week ultra sounds. Good service and experienced people. Happy with the communication as well. Happy to do more ultra sounds over there in the future.

UNKIND AND NOT EMPATHIC. Firstly, we were received 30 min late, despite having an appointment and being punctual. Secondly, as our families are arranging a party in which our baby gender will be disclosed, we kindly asked the eco lady to share our baby gender in one e-mail to our family. She said she did not have time for that. She put us with the receptionist but she did not help us either as “it is not the way we do things here”- she said. Honestly, we did miss empathy and support since these kind of centers should be perfectly aware of how important these matters are for the parents. .

Lovely sonographer who was clear about the procedure, what her words and silence meant and made it clear upfront that if something looked different she would let us know. That put our minds at ease. During the ultrasound she explained everything very well and let us know when she was finished with each area that everything looked normal. She was compassionate and professional and we left happy with pictures and a usb with videos!

Wonderful experience, the facility is cozy and comfortable but most importantly they have a warm and friendly staff that takes time to explain things in detail.
