Fantastic forest for walking the dog. They are allowed to go loose for the most part and where this is not allowed, it is clearly indicated. Beautiful surroundings with lots of water, so you can enjoy it with your dog even on warmer days. The only disadvantage I personally think is accessibility, but that is only a minor problem.

A nice and attractive park to run in. It is a beautiful nature reserve between the polders and a quiet place outside an often busy city like Utrecht. Fort Ruigenbroek is also not far from here. In short, I would highly recommend this park and also take a look at the area around the park if you have time.
