    5 seconds ? Lets say 1 hour ! No personnel helping. Only 2 automatic cashiers for dozen of people waiting on a 50m line. Please consider recruiting task force ? ? ? ?

    Loose the 'fast' in fast food, 45 minutes between standing in line and waiting for the order to be ready. The workers aren't the fastest but mainly management needs to step it up and hire more people. Unfortunately the airport doesn't offer many choices so this is one of the few "viable" options

    The negative reviews made us curious and we had extra time, so we went to this infamous Burger King. It was completely fine. There was almost no queue, and we had to wait for our meal for maybe 4 minutes. The food itself was great (by Burger King standards) and the service was alright. I have to ask: why would you go to a very busy restaurant and then complain about the fact it takes long to get your food? Any restaurant is slow when busy, even if it's a fast food place. I don't know, I'm just thinking out loud. Anyhow, I recommend going here if you notice it isn't busy. If it is, go somewhere else or prepare to wait.

    Four out of the five ordering machines are out of order. It creates an unnecessary line while there are staff not really doing anything…

    Tired sitting area where the plug sockets don't work (only reason I stopped). Staff uninterested. Usual cold overpriced food you expect at an airport including ripping you off nearly a Euro for 1 sauce (not included with meal - unlike many countries). Best I can say is the fries were okay

    The fries are decent but geeze the burger if you are hungry enough you won't notice it but after a while the burger patty starts to taste all watery and boy did it make me sick all for the price of over 15 euro. Probably not the best place to eat unless it's your last resort even then consider going hungry lol

    At the time we arrived in AMS, this was the only restaurant still open we could find. Hunger drove us in. I ordered a McKing Vegan and ended up getting really sick from it. Now, 5 days later, I am still suffering from that gastric flu.

    The line to order was super long. 2 out of the 5 machines were closed. The burgers were soggy.

    Bad service and very long waiting time. I had to wait 15 minutes in the Iine twice and was not able to pay with a voucher provided by the airline that was accepted without problems in another restaurant (Burger King was on the list of companies that accept the voucher...).

    Quite surprised by the quality of the food for an airport fastfood ! Really fast and well dressed, the vegetarian burgers are really tasty and big. Really ok for the price and the quality (:

    Unable to take my order , slowest fast food Ever. They needed a person to stand on front of the screens and tell the people that they can go order to the Kasa also. Very Strange.

    Decent enough airport Burger King, kiosk was easy to use and order was made fairly quickly. Drink tasted bad for some reason, but the food was good.

    I wanted vegan nuggets. 20 of them. The promotion sign says they have veggie nuggets. The service crew meant i have to read the allergens, they could not tell if they have vegan ones. In the discussion they said they dont have any vegan nuggets. They dont have vegan stuff at all. The veggie Nuggets are made from soy, so its not vegan. So i asked them they wanned me to read it, although they dont have anything. Yuo, they said. Then i assured me if fries are neither vegan. They replied yes, because they are fried with vegetable oil. Finally another service person came who had an understanding of vegan. So she said the nuggets are vegan and fries too. But i had to take a menue as that were cheaper than just fries and nuggets. In the end i just got 9 nuggets. Oh, and i had to wait several minutes until a single person was starting to ask what i want as i was standing at the counter, no… sorry, the person didnt ask what i wanted, the person told me that there are checkpoints to order

    Waited that long in line for a burger, that I missed several flights — jokes aside. This takes long, don’t get hangry, the burgers are good, fries are not that good especially when ist super crowded.

    Well I’m not a fan of fast food, but that was the only restaurant that I can order before boarding. The staff was very quick the table was clean but very crowded. I don’t think it’s Burger King problem but the airport..

    Woooowie could a place actually be worse? Fast food? In your dreams. The staff stand around and talk and hand out 3 orders every 10 minutes? In a hurry haha, no you better wait. Finally received your food? Well half of the order is wrong and everything tastes awful. If you tell them they missed something they are gonna tell you you are lying. Great experience, really enhances the traveling experience.

    Fanta was warmer than the hamburger that tasted like it was thrown in a microwave for 10 seconds. 0 stars for something you'd think would at least be a safe bet. An absolutely thrilling experiment in how bad a simple hamburger meal can get.
