Very positively surprised since you only hear negative things about housing agencies in general. M&G housing is very communicative, helpful and friendly. I just moved into a beautiful studio. Their English is great, so no worries international students/people! They also give you a translation of important documents (e.g., the contract), which was really helpful. If you have any questions, they answer directly. The only thing that could have been better is that the previous tenant clearly did not clean the place before moving out. I personally find it very important to move into a spotless house either cleaned by the previous tenant or a cleaning agency. Hence, only 4,2/5 stars. Other then that, I would definetely recommend!
