Best mix Asian food♡♡♡

I had a lovely evening at Jimix. Delicious food, the chef approaching our table and explaining the dishes, very friendly service. Definitely a new star is born in Hilly.

The food was good, but not anything too special. Some options were great, some were mediocre at best- for this pricepoint at least. I would recommend the tuna tataki as well as the dynamite shrimp. The atmosphere was nice, not a very diverse public but the service was good. Would I visit again? Yes probably, but that is mostly because there isn’t any better place for sushi in Hilversum.

beautiful restaurant, a hidden gem in hilversum. I loved the food, and the very attentive service. The sushi was amazing, the ceviche was very fresh and delicious! very good the best restaurant in the area without a doubt!!! to have a drink also with good music. the decoration is very cozy. Amazing food, so fresh and pure flavours. Sushi was amazing, so were the duck pancakes and Korean fried chicken. Definitely recommend! 10/10

Great new funky place in Hilversum. Good innovating menu, cocktails and an excellent wine list. We will be back.

Beautiful place, interior design is on point. More importantly the food was excellent. Many smaller dishes to share, to experience the Asian fusion kitchen. Good products and full of flavour. You can tell there's a real passion for how the food is prepared and made. Not cheap (12 Euro cocktails) but really nice experience.
