In the room is everything you need the staff also was very friendly. Restaurant in the hotel was very luxury and lot of interesting dishes. The breakfast buffet had lot of different choises what you can eat there. But location of hotel not the best and it is expensive to stay for one night.

Restaurant: good food, good service. It is a big room and quite noisy when it's busy.

Surprisingly this good. Service is top class. Didn't stay in the rooms, just ate at the restaurant. Oh-and the robot waiters are an occasion on their own! And kudos to super nice Alexander who served us. Super friendly.

The food was not warm and not so good . The waiters were friendly but not enough to go back there again.

We were there for having some drinks while charging our Tesla. The far to sweet and artificial tasting lemonade was warmer than the cappuccino. Super show, really!

Will there be pools in the new rooms? It was possible to make 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor with a pool in the room. A very nice addition to the new rooms. Nothing outdated there. Everything is modern and comfortable. Add another solarium to the fitness room, and 2 large rooms with a pool - it could be very modern.

On route from East to west this is a good place for a coffee or dinner stop. Also good for a working lunch! Food and service is exactly what you'd expect.🤗

We enjoyed the food here while waiting for our electric car to charge. The hotel and restaurant are charming, but the interior is dated. When coming in we had to look for someone to seat us, even though loads of young waiters were around. They all ignored us (maybe tip for management to train your staff to always at least acknowledged patrons, even if they can’t help them). During our meal we were also ignored by a lot of waiters, maybe because they have other jobs, but it’s not a good look either way. It seems the restaurant is filled with elderly locals. They have a good menu, but unlike other Van der Valk restaurants they do not offer you unlimited fries and salad on the side. We got one small fries for two which wasn’t enough and then were charged when we asked for more. So the food was good, the service could be better and the interior needs improvement.

One week ago we sat down to a table at the terrace to have some brunch/lunch. Plates came without having cleaned the table first (usual someone would think for a place like this) neither paper covers were placed under the plates. The food was disgusting (super dry breads and few ingredients that didn't give any taste) + super overpriced!!! The coffee was served in a small glass from IKEA.... ❌❌ Do not spend your money there. 5⭐for your kind waiters

Good hotel but the quality of the suite is not up to the price. Dining quality and service was good.

Great place to charge and get a cup of coffee. Take away and opening hours of this place are not convenient too.

Big room, very clean, nice view to the garden outside

i am spending a lot of money this month for 11 rooms at the van der valk schiphol hotel yet when i try to make. reservation at the Hilversum witte bergen hotel i repeatedly get turned down "unfortunately something went wrong, please try later" , pretty bad!

Room seemed recently refitted. Shame about the corridors outside as seemed desperately in need of refurbishment. Very tired. Food in restaurant was good

Meeting place for businessman and -women. There is always a buzz. Very reasonable priced, usually good service. During the day, it can be very busy. Suitable for an extensive dinner or lunch, or just a cup of coffee. Huge place, ample parking.

I was only here for tbe restaurant. It wasn't a great experience. We reserved but our reservation hadn't come through, we were lucky they had a spot left. It took long before the staff came to ask about drinks and dinner. It took a really long time before we got each course, they messed up our order of the main course (we did get free drinks to compensate that though), the staff was friendly but really impersonal, the food was great though, the cutlery and glasses old and the table was full of stuff we didn't need. 3 stars because of the great food quality. We didn't really care about the rest because we had enough time

Occasion Due to moving days at hour house we decided to stay in a hotel for a couple of days. We checked in at Friday evening and checked out on Sunday morning. Impression The hotels claims to be a four star hotel, centrally located in The Netherlands. It is a hotel near the high way and easy to reach. It has multiple conference rooms, a restaurant, bar and a casino. At first is looks like a great hotel. When you look closer you will see that it is very outdated. The couch in the reception has leather cracks and looks like it belongs in the ’50’s. Walls and ceilings are outdated. Doors crack and make a lot of sound. Try sleeping when hotel room doors aren’t muted. With casino guests coming and going until 03.00 in the morning you will wake up every 5 minutes due to doors slamming in the hallways. It is dreadful. Also the ventilation makes a really loud sound. The diner is below standard. The waiter mingled in our conversation multiple times. The food was cold. The schnitzel was okay, but it’s hard not to ace that, but the egg on top was burned. The fries were cold and undercooked, as were the vegetables. Multiple wine glasses arrived dirty at our table. The pizza we ordered the next day as a dinner was better. But it was still a 6 out of 10. Staff The staff is very nice. The will go a long way for the clients. All employees tend to smile a lot and throughout the day. Compliments to that. Hygiene This is why I do not understand that this hotel gets good reviews of 4 stars at all. Hygiene is below acceptable. We are talking about brown stains on curtains, dirty transparant stains on walls, dust on in-sight-places, smashed mosquitos on the ceiling, mold on multiple places, please see attached photos. Language Staff speaks Dutch and English. Price 100 euros per night is way to much for the hygiene standard that is managed here. I visit hotels half the price where I have nothing to complain. Note: I would really recommend KHN to visit this hotel sometime and review the four stars.

Nice place, conviennent position from both the highway or from the forest park nearby. The service is slow and the menu has some kind of rules. You need a voucher to have a three course dinner or meal. That limitation put me off. But then again it’s not all that friendly. So stop by and bite something but keep moving.

Nice hotel, good food. They even have robot waiters for the tables.

Busy but convenient meeting place, with lots of facilities and good food.
