I've ordered the items in the photo, a normal meal and a breakfast sandwich, at 10:32...after 30 minutes it was still not ready. Coffee was cold, seriously understaffed. Probably the worst McDonald's experience in my entire adult life.

Awful experience. We did not receive our order online (over two hours wait) ,came to complain and the manager on site (Jose) was so rude at us,saying it was not her problem. She did not even try to help us. NEVER ORDER ONLINE THERE!!!

McDonald's like many others. The drive in wait and the wait at the counter can be quite long, over 15 minutes. Food is good, many veggie options. There is limited parking but usually enough even at peak time. The decoration is strange, a bit like a Chinese restaurant in the 1970s with something close to garden chairs and small tables.

The worst McDonald I've ever been, we were at mcdrive, waiting more than other cars (10 min) for 2 burgers and Sprite, finally got 1 wrong burger I ordered BBC MCchicken and got MCchicken and my boyfriend got completely destroyed burger one part was in the box and other patr with meat and sauce was in the whole package Never again this MC

Bathroom is really dirty. And Always no toilet paper. Legit every time. Super inconvenient. Why have a toilet then??

The person that got our order did not seem to understand us. She got our order wrong which lead to us paying more. We aksed her when we saw the bill and she said it was fine. When we got our food we saw that we got other stuff and we didn't get all of our money back. I don't mind employees that can't speak dutch very well, but it's bad when all the staff can't. Especially when you use the drive-thru and communication is very important when ordering food. And it isn't the first time either..

When you are in an hurry or you don't have time or the energy to make a meal for yourself, this is the right place to go, it's handy to reach, it has a nice parking area, and the service is complete and fast. The employees are very gentle and professional.

Never had a worse mcdonalds experience. We were waiting in line without anyone coming to pick our order even tho it was not busy. After i asked politely if i could be helped the manager rudely told me i should start using my eyes to see that they are busy “poorly translated but something like that” after we got our order we didnt get everything we ordered. Never returning again

The place is very good and clean. Some times is busy but dont worry

All tables were absolutely disgusting and dirty. Not a single clean table to be found .

Very clean, well cooked food arrived hot, better than llanelli.

This is fast food, not slow food restaurant. We waited for 25minutes to get our food prepared!! Just 3 normal burgers with fries. Terribly slow

We were in a hurry and decided to get drive-through, but it took forever! By the time we realised that, and figured it would be quicker to go inside and order, there was no parking spaces, and the whole place is designed terribly. This place is terrible and I reccomend going elsewhere.

The order exceeded delivery time and it doesn’t arrive. The app says the restaurant is suddenly closed for delivery. There’s telephone info but they don’t pick up. Horrible experience and I still need to find a way to get the money back.

Mac is just Mac. They could train their staff way better to become more service oriented. If you don’t enjoy your job, just quit.

Drive-through experience. I'm not a fan of the double mic poles as other drivers are not social at all and will just try and drive through your car while your order was taken first. But employees are nice so far! And there is a parking garage.

They took too long for my food 7 mins

Omg, greatest veg burger with fresh crispy chips and best of all was the staff. The lady that helped me was full of humour and as upbeat as anyone should wish to be. Fabulous experience.

Terrible place, waiting 15min for two cheeseburgers. Lazy and incompetent crew.

After years of being vegetarian, i ate meat again. It wasn't because i choose to do so but because of the incompetence of the staff here. I asked, i double checked the receipt, i double asked. They assured me that yes it was veggie burger. Managers looked like they couldnt care less and all i got was " would you like another one". Maybe you should take costumers more serious

Usually lots of trash outside like last Saturday also even though it was around noon. This McDonalds has a poor service level. Charging electric vehicle possible. Electric bike not. Drive in available. Outside seating possible. Sufficient parking available. Outskirts of Hilversum.

It s not crowded and place is peaceful.

Just like every other McDonald's, great food

They simply cancel your order after 1 hour with no explanation

The food was okay, it was a normal McDonald's so I can't judge there. It was quite dirty though. We really had to look around for a clean place to sit.

Was alright but there was a big group of children screaming the entire time.luckily there was a play area on the other side of the building helped quite a bit.

We turned up unannounced with a coach with 40 of us after visiting hilversum rugby festival. They manged to get all the meals and drinks right and in a very timely manner. Excellent service.
