Very nice location, sadly not much else. Ordered scrambled egg and croquette which took 45 minutes to prepare. The staff is not to bright and we had to repeat ourselves several times regarding our simple order. Inside looks nice but you’re overrun by un-attendant kids and leashed dogs looking for attention. Hygiëne is bathroom is nowhere to be found.

Nice views over the heath. Had a decent beer. Fries were lukewarm, otherwise the food was good.

Fantastic place for a nice long relaxing walk around the grounds before stopping to the cafe for a very chilled bite ti eat and something to drink whilst the kids enjoy the playground and watching the animals like deers and wallabies.

Wide range of options and friendly staff. There is a feeding zoo and a playground for those interested.

A wonderful place next to the heath where the kitchen is now open until 8pm. Nice view of the heath with lots of people walking their dog, cycling, exercising. During the day there are lots of kids because of the playground in the back, in the evening less crowded at the terrace in front.

Perfect location for a hike or run with coffee or lunch thereafter. Good view, nice people. Can be very busy with children and dogs, so if you want te work or read quietly you have to be lucky to find a day and time without too many kids and talking ladies with or without dogs.

A lovely cafe with a fabulous outdoor park for the kids. I had the tomato soup & it was delicious.

Great place to take a break when out in de heide. It also has a big space in the back for children to play. Prices are not on the cheapest side but you get a great view. It can be accessed by car, bike, horse, foot and even wingsuit if you're brave enough.

Very simple building with excellent view. Great location for a lunch with kids. Please note: Only with kids because its crowded and almost everything is around the little me's. Service is nice by enthousiast students and everything is prepared so served quick. Decent varied menu and good quality food. It will surely not be 5 stars because of the pricing of the combined menu. 2 slices of goatcheese sandwich is €8 1 large soup is €6,40 But 1 slice of anything with a small glass soup is €10,80!!! (Equivalent of €4 + €3,20 but served differently!) I get the handling is not for free, but this is too much. I am probably a pityful pennywise guy :), but that does not add up for what you get. Bummer for price-quality. Rest is great.

Kids friendly 100%! Food, atmosphere and the service are good. The location is in the middle of the nature and so beautiful.
