Wandered in out of curiosity. A very friendly member of staff walked me through the store and helped me find what i way looking for. Obviously it's more expensive than soap you can get elsewhere; but you get what you pay for. Great products, friendly staff. Top notch.

I visited many LUSH stores in many foreign cities, and maybe this is the best one so far, in my opinion. The employees let you browse the items in complete tranquility (an event more unique than rare as far as LUSH stores are concerned), intervening only 1) when you need help or suggestions; 2) when it's clear that you're ready to buy an item. The atmosphere is cool and the products are great.

If you want to shop at Lush, just go here. I haven't met a friendlier staff in my life. The lady managing the store was the kindest, sweetest person. She let me explore the store at my own pace and helped me pick out products when I needed it. She really made my day.

Got approached by several sales reps within a very short time window while browsing the store, which I wasn't a fan of. The first time I got somewhat unhelpful generic advice. After that it got increasingly disruptive and annoying to be approached by the rest of the staff. By the third time I pulled my headphones down to decline, the lady turned out to be surprisingly nice. She genuinely tried to find me a fitting christmas gift rather than putting on some routine. She made sure to point me to suitable options for my brother in law's eczema and even went into the back to get a specific giftset she was excited to show me. At checkout they were out of large paper bags, so the cashier wanted to put each individual product in a tiny €0,20 bag. Respectfully, no thank you. I ended up tetrising it in my own bag.

Just went shopping there and gotta say, the people working there are one of the nicest I've met at lush so far! Especially Mikey, she took a lot of time to talk and banter with me and kindly showed me products that would be good for me! Also didn't try and make me buy as much as I could which was really nice and refreshing, I didn't feel any pressure :) I can only recommend this shop in general as well because it's smaller, has a really pretty interior and still has everything you need!

The loveliest lady here made me feel so welcome. I can't remember her name, but she was so sweet and made a genuine conversation with me, not just superficial customer service voice. I was back in Amsterdam for a few days to celebrate my 21st birthday and this lush visit added a warm touch to my week. :) <3

A beautiful store for spoiling yourself and others to bathroom related products. Bath bombs, bubble baths, hand soaps etc. They have lovely gift packs and then other products you can simply pick up and place in a bag yourself.

As a true Lushie, I feasted my eyes in this gigantic store. I honestly think this is the biggest and most beautiful Lush store I have ever visited in the Netherlands. The girl who helped us during our search for a hand cream - which my friend had forgotten the name of - really went above and beyond for us. Thank you Lush staff! Thank you for being so kind to animal and planet!
