Not
worth
the
price
and
the
customer
service
was
terrible!
I
got
a
pedicure
and
a
manicure.
The
lady
who
did
my
pedicure
was
fantastic
very
friendly
and
cleaned
my
cuticles
well!
Which
was
greatly
appreciated
as
I’m
8
months
pregnant.
My
heels
could
have
been
cleaned
a
little
more
but
overall
nice
pedicure.
However
when
it
came
to
the
manicure
it
was
a
disaster.
I
had
a
guy
do
my
manicure
and
it
seemed
like
he
just
didn’t
want
to
do
it.
The
gel
was
bulky
and
uneven.
I
could
see
my
own
nail
bed
and
nails
on
the
side.
My
cuticles
were
not
clean
at
all.
On
top
I
received
an
attitude
for
the
style
I
wanted
(which
was
a
pink
ombré
effect).
In
the
end
he
managed
to
do
it
but
not
happily.
I
left
unsatisfied
-this
was
a
Wednesday.
By
Friday
I
noticed
my
nails
looked
like
I’ve
had
them
done
2
weeks
ago
and
not
2
days!
The
point
where
the
gel
started
was
no
where
near
my
cuticles/start
of
my
nails.
I
was
so
upset
I
woke
up
early
Saturday
morning
to
go
back
and
get
them
fixed.
Needless
to
say
I
got
the
same
person
again
who
filed
some
gel
down-
told
me
he
couldn’t
do
anything
else
it
needed
to
be
thick
or
it
would
break.
And
as
for
where
the
gel
started
on
my
nails
I
was
told
that’s
normal
and
it’s
because
I
just
got
my
cuticles
cut
and
a
manicure.
The
owner
even
tried
to
prove
her
point
by
asking
another
customer
she
was
working
on
in
German
in
front
of
me.
The
entire
situation
was
unprofessional!
I’ve
gotten
my
nails
done
plenty
of
times
(in
London
unfortunately)
and
I
know
this
is
not
what
a
good
quality
manicure
looks
like!
Such
a
shame
as
this
was
my
first
nail
salon
visit
since
moving
to
Bad
Homburg
from
London
but
I
will
not
be
going
back!!
