For families it’s the a good get away, if you don’t like kids do go here. The staf in the restaurant was a tat to enthousiastic with clearing plates, if you could ignore the kids screening there still wasn’t much rest

Not good. Not good at all. Staff without even the most basic understanding of politeness. Like apologizing when you on three separate occasions ask the customer five times to prove they have paid. And when they do prove it every single time requested and you again go to find out the error is in your own outdated systems. Then as simple a thing as apologizing would be appropriate. Other than that, the hotel is also quite bad in most other aspects: Inadequate elevators, inadequate parking, inadequate space in restaurant. Summing up, this place just has an atmosphere of not trying its best.

We bought 1week all inclusive, witch to us means all inclusive. However there are no desert, icecream you need to pay. The pool has, river function, waterfall, and bubble massage. However they only run 5min every hour! The rooms are old, and no shower shampoo, that you need to bring yourself. They also give u unlimited wifi access, however it never works, even being in rooms beside the AP. I cannot recommend this place.

Nice hotel and great location. The food was plenty and fine. Wellnees areas with swimminpool and 2 different saunas + steamroom can be recommended. Good and big rooms, but the beds are not that good, I could feel the springs in the matress...

Their concept of "all inclusive" is debatable, the food is seriously mediocre, bordering on terrible. Drinks are not all inclusive & are limited to the restaurant & opening times there of. The pool is lovely but only indoors & they don't turn on the fun water works for the kids, even if they say they will.

Relatively low cost, All-inclusive-based, but building is old and heavily used (guess it has been built in the 60ies or 70ies) Two high towers with 15 floors, each. Swimming pool with streaming channel included.

They should restaurate old balconies or at least tidy them up. Ours was full of old broken off building material. My little one would want to pick and eat it. Otherwise good place for kids

A great hotel that caters for families. Is undergoing a needed renovation. Great value for money, very friendly staff.
