Very good barefoot path, which is also accessible for non-barefoot runners. With a length of around 4 kilometers, it never gets boring. The feet are constantly given other surfaces. I really liked that the first part went directly along the stream, although sometimes I would have wished for more ropes to hold on to because some of the stones were quite slippery, but it was also wonderfully refreshing because of the rushing Orbbach to stack. Passing the wildlife park, it then goes up a bit through the forest before you have a breathtaking view from a clearing. Admission: 2.50 adults, 1.50 euros for children, groups get in cheaper...I take my hat off to the boys for doing this on a voluntary basis. You could also make the entrance a little higher, because this is about maintaining and maintaining the barefoot path. Back at the start, fresh coffee and delicious cakes await the barefoot hikers, who can relax here after a good 2-3 hours. In addition to the barefoot path, there is also a playground for children, which provides variety. Conclusion: The barefoot path in Bad Orb is definitely worth a trip! During Corona, some things could not be repaired, but today, April 15th, 2022, we were there again and it was wonderful, some things have already been renewed and this barefoot path is always an enrichment for the soul.
