The food was terrible, the burger was very dry and falling apart.. I was surprised by the fries, which were very good! for the price this is not worth it! 2 people for 35e very expensive.. the fit is very good and I am very satisfied with the appearance

I loved it! This was my first visit to a five guys ever and it was such a good one ! I loved the food and the milkshake and the fries! The staff were so friendly snd the interior is cool, very american fast food diner. I enjoyed it ! Thanks guys !

I was there on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was pretty empty, with less than 10 customers dining in total. There was no queue so I was able to order immediately. Although there was no queue, the food took about 15 minutes to be ready. Funny enough, the fries that I ordered were all soggy and cold like it has been standing around for quite some time. They also mixed up my burger with my husband's. This is quite unacceptable given that they have ample time and staff to prepare my order. After this experience, I will recommend to go to the Five Guys branch near St Pauli instead of this branch since the staff seems to be incapable of upholding the service and food standards.

I don't know how the burger tasted, because I asked for jalapenos and they turned out to be fresh (not pickled as in many other places), so my taste buds went numb after the first bite. The staff seemed a bit irritated by the fact that there were customers in the shop.

I was suprised about how good the food was. I went there two times and got Small Bacon Cheeseburger (which was normal) and the second time I got Bacon Cheeseburger and fries (which was a double cheeseburger). I didnt know that it will be this way. Anyway, everything was very fresh and tasty (though the salad was scarce). The prices are a bit high, but the meat is really special and worth the money. The atmosphere was nice, but it could be better, it looks too industrial, and it was kind of loud for me, but you can always take to go and enjoy the food by the Alster. The bathroom was clean.

Very disappointing experience. It all started with their card machines breaking so they only accepted cash - ok, it can happen. Therefore I decided to make an online order and so I was able to place the order with card. It all seemed good until I got my burger. It came without a hot sauce because apparently they run out of it. Now, I can understand them running out of an ingredient (although it's very surprising with a sauce that has quite long shelf life and doesn't need to be fresh). I'd expect that when it happens, such ingredient will be blocked in the ordering system (bloody cheap McDonald's can do that). But ok, I'd still give the store some break. The reason for the one star rating is what followed. No one called out my number to ask whether I'd like to replace the sauce with another ingredient, or perhaps cancel my order. They simply made the burger without the sauce, served it to me without any apology or even telling me that they've changed my order, and when I came to complain that my burger lacks an ingredient, the staff simply said "there's no hot sauce". That's it. Solved. So I've paid 20€ for a burger that tasted terribly bland because the entire "combination" I always order is relying on the presence of the sauce. Staff just didn't care. Skip the ingredient, hope the customer won't notice it and if he does, just shrug your shoulders. Very premium experience indeed.

Der Service war auch echt super! 👍 I’m always speculative of a place saying they have the best of anything, not this time, Five Guys team definitely proved to be a great meal with real ingredients and unique soft drink options 👏 I can definitely recommend! 👌

Amazing as always, I’m here almost every week. Don’t think that low rating is because somethings wrong in this place. Germans just love German brands and this place is not German 😀

Super nice staff and okay food, a bit high like price wise but you can literally see everything being made. So that's nice. I also had trouble communicating with some stuff not knowing which language is more comfortable, switching between German and English made it a bit more complicated than needed but in the end everything was fine. And in general five guys are missing vegan/vegetarian options.

You can enjoy your peanuts while waiting on your order of a nice juicy smash burger. Fries are always very tasty and you would know which farm the potatoes were harvested written on the wall. And later on, I recommend the strawberry-banana milkshake, which can be MIXED with 2 flavors. Excellent!

Tasty burgers, but not my favourite. Burger patty might need a little more salt inside and a bit crisp outside. But the potato fries are one of the best I’ve ever had, I also go there and just have “Pommes”. New pistachio milkshake is a great addition to their flavours, very tasty!
