Very
disappointing
experience.
It
all
started
with
their
card
machines
breaking
so
they
only
accepted
cash
-
ok,
it
can
happen.
Therefore
I
decided
to
make
an
online
order
and
so
I
was
able
to
place
the
order
with
card.
It
all
seemed
good
until
I
got
my
burger.
It
came
without
a
hot
sauce
because
apparently
they
run
out
of
it.
Now,
I
can
understand
them
running
out
of
an
ingredient
(although
it's
very
surprising
with
a
sauce
that
has
quite
long
shelf
life
and
doesn't
need
to
be
fresh).
I'd
expect
that
when
it
happens,
such
ingredient
will
be
blocked
in
the
ordering
system
(bloody
cheap
McDonald's
can
do
that).
But
ok,
I'd
still
give
the
store
some
break.
The
reason
for
the
one
star
rating
is
what
followed.
No
one
called
out
my
number
to
ask
whether
I'd
like
to
replace
the
sauce
with
another
ingredient,
or
perhaps
cancel
my
order.
They
simply
made
the
burger
without
the
sauce,
served
it
to
me
without
any
apology
or
even
telling
me
that
they've
changed
my
order,
and
when
I
came
to
complain
that
my
burger
lacks
an
ingredient,
the
staff
simply
said
"there's
no
hot
sauce".
That's
it.
Solved.
So
I've
paid
20€
for
a
burger
that
tasted
terribly
bland
because
the
entire
"combination"
I
always
order
is
relying
on
the
presence
of
the
sauce.
Staff
just
didn't
care.
Skip
the
ingredient,
hope
the
customer
won't
notice
it
and
if
he
does,
just
shrug
your
shoulders.
Very
premium
experience
indeed.
