    Good service the first time I came. Second time I waited for over an hour and the machine didn’t work. Had to request a refund. I advice you call before going.

    Just too slow in customer service. Been coming every week for test and they just couldn’t get it done. When it was eventually done it took forever for results to be released. You can do better.

    Receptionist Deborah is welcoming and she has a perfect customer relation but the Services are too slow. There should be improvement on that please, it's time consuming
