The feeling of life, with beauty, and love, here the sky hits the Tigris River and the wires fly as if they make infinite paintings of beauty, the sky of Baghdad shortens this and more.

It has a really nice view you can stop you car at the side of the bridge for a quick photo but you have to be very cautious to do so as cars go by passing you very fast. People usually stop during the night, as for the road its a great way to go to your next destination very fast it is considered to be a highway.

The Jadriya Bridge connects the Qadisiyah and Sayyidiyah neighborhoods in Karkh with the Jadriya neighborhood in Rusafa. It was designed by the Czechoslovakian (Road Consult) with the assistance of Iraqi engineers in the late seventies at the end of the era of former President Ahmed Hassan al-Bakr. The works completed and the bridge was opened in 1982. The length of the bridge is 1276 m, the longest span is 46 m.

The bridge connects vital areas in the capital, Baghdad. Many people stop to watch the Tigris River and also enjoy watching the sunset and feeding the seagulls.
